don't sweat it :3 you get Tabby after reaching the 50th block of Forest of Pain. After that, the only realy reason to really finish FoP is to get the secret epilogue. I found that it was well worth it. Also, once you beat Cernunnos, you get a kick-a** weapon ^^ *not saying anything else*

and as Herio said, you just need to hunt down the chaotic PK and defeat them. however, after you defeat each one, check back with Dingo. after collecting your reward, go to an area ending with the 3rd word "beserker." they're pretty easy to find. Natsume is around lvl 135 so you shouldn't have too much trouble beating her.
