As you can see, there are only a few of us, we need help running the guild.
We need inspired and inspirational people who really want to launch lolidollies off and be very supportive of this.
We want our mods to make lots of interesting topics, help out our fellow lolidollies, and contribute as much as you can to the growth of Loli Dollies.
Qualifications
1. Must have at least 40 non-spam posts
2. Must be friendly and helpful! (:
3. Must continue to be active.
An example of a good application setup would be:
-Why you want to be a staff member.
-A letter of intent.
-Gushing about how dedicated you are and how much you will help us out cause that will probably work!
-Knowledge/experience.
-And anything else you'd like to add

Moderator Rules~
One: Do not edit any post unless asked to or material is inappropriate.
Two: Do not delete any post unless asked to or material is inappropriate.
Three: After deleting a post, pm me (Nefarious Vile) your reasons why the content was deleted.
Four: You may not ban anyone until I approve unless constant inappropriate behavior has been active.
Five: Do not delete locked threads.
Six: You may delete a thread with the creators permission..
Seven: Only use your powers when you need to and not when you want to.
Eight: You may lock certain threads if they become out of hand. (ex: debating and arguments become uncontrollable)
Nine: Note that I'm the only one who can delete locked threads.

Dear Loli Dollies Staff and Moderation Crew:
I've been meaning to apply for a position in the guild for a while, but only recently finally came to a concrete decision. I know that this is a bit late, but last semester was a rough one and I wasn't around as much as I would like to have been. This semester is going to be far lighter by comparison, and I feel confident in being able to help out.
I've been a member of Loli Dollies for quite a while and most of my initial research into lolita stemmed from resources that it offered. The guild recently has been a bit down in terms of activity, and I really would like to help change that. There have been more posts of late than usual, and I think that that itself is promising; the guild just needs an extra little push to elevate it back up where it used to be. I want to help out in giving the guild that push.
I've had experience as a moderator, on Gaia and elsewhere, and so I understand the role I'm applying for. I feel that I would be able to hold said position without much difficulty. I currently own a partially-active guild called [Garter-Snap]. Because of this, I understand how the crew functions of a guild on the site work, as well. I also am an operator in two IRC channels on Aniverse, and have been in similar positions for other channels in the past.
I'm already a very active member on Gaia, and probably one of the more active members of this guild and the Fashion & Style forum's Official Lolita Thread of late, so helping out and keeping an eye on things really wouldn't be much of a stretch for me. I would really like to see the guild flourish again, I enjoy helping newcomers to the style, I'm generally very patient, and believe that I can be of use in this role.

I would like to be a moderator because i am very active, i have moderated on bulletin boards before, i try my hardest to be kind, friendly, and helpful, i LOVE this guild and i love lolita and gaia.
Even though i haven't been lolita very long or a member of this guild, i beleive that i can help this guild grow and prosper, i can help with invites. I am homebound, so i have only 2 hr of school per day and therefore i have lots of time on my hands. I will follow all the rules and organize the guild where threads belong.... I sincerely hope you choose me as the next moderator

Okay, girls. No more posting to this thread for discussion or anything like that. If you have a question, you can send it in PM. Otherwise, please keep this thread only for applications. I'm going to let Nefarious Vile handle the application you just submitted, Xx_Dead Lolita_xX, and any application you might send in the future, Amanikitty. Other than that, please don't post on this thread except for applications.
Do not answer me to confirm this request, either. Just let return to your regular posting activities and all will be well!
