This weapon was forged from ryuuga's scale and was posessed by no other than the sage of six paths the blade was the first of the four heavenly swords forged. The sprit of ryuuga lives within the blade but the blade will only send it's master the full use of it's powers if it let full control of the body making the blade highly dangerous to become used by another person if they lacked the rinnegan. The blade pulsates a dark blue chakra and manipulates the elements of Wind and Lightning making the perfect combination for kenjutsu/ninjutsu combat the blade can only be used by a wearer of the rinnegan and can only be destroyed by ryuuga himself who power is sealed inside the blade. Cloud is in an never ending quest to destroy the akatsuki because he believes it is his burden since it was created from the use of the rinnegan and sharingan creator maddara uchiha and Pain, cloud bears the akatsuki as his own sin and as it will pass down to his generations so he will devote anything to destroy what his very ancestor created.

other info: once revered as the konoha's Gray gale, perfers to never draw his blade in public after the last time he used it to end someones life he would only use it when the situation cannot be helped against impossible odds hence the metal chains around the blade which prevents him from using it.
