Is it me or what? Bowman/crossbow man hit really really low. I saw a lvl 30+ using Arrow Bomb on Zombie Mushrooms and it took them two shots, now I am lvl 24 so it takes ME two shots to kill one. Also When I was training and a lvl 70 or so Bowman came and used a skill, He usually only did like a 2000-5000. I think thats a bit low. So Discussion now!

I am a lvl 33 crossbowman and I have been told many times that i hit low. I think maybe because when I first started playing I did not know what to level. I play in Windia however. I was leveling luk and INT. Plus, I leveled focus and some other things that I later found out did not needed leveling. My daughter has a bowman lvl 23 and she hits almost harder than I do. (I knew what to help her with after the fact).

Senior Mudkip He usually only did like a 2000-5000 2k-5k damage? That seems normal. Me being a level 72 Chief Bandit (with a bad deadly fin) would say that's pretty much around what they should be doing. That's just what I think. I do around 3.6k-4.2k damage -.-

being a bowman myself.........i get alot of bad credit.... im only lvl 18 i can hit 70's and people hate me lol......funny watching people yelll at me xD

I would call my lvl65 Xbowman pretty well equipped, and he can hit over 5.5k when 2 crits land, no problem.
Part of what you were seeing was the fact that Arrow bomb isn't a particularly powerful skill, since it stuns, and it probably wasn't maxed.
Archers are just unstable. You see lots of really high, and really low. (My minimum damage is about 1500)

I'm level 61 bandit, and with so-so equips, and my max-possible damage (with SB) is 4.2k, so I'd say that archer you saw was... just instability. Or a case of... not good?

crossbowmen can deal a lot of damage over lvl 50 but it isn't very stable.

I'm a level 68 hunter and I can do
about 2.5k. [My highest so far.]
The bowman class doesn't have very
stable damage, so we can hit really
low or really high, just depends on the
shot, I guess.

does it really matter?
his only training for 3rd job skills so it doesnt matter how bad his damage is
if You want damage then be a warrior who hit hard

Bowmen are infamous for having unstable damage, especially before they max mastery.

Lol xbowmen and hunters have pretty unstable damage even WITH mastery.
I'm an xbowman myself(lvl 49... when I'm lvl 50 I will do alot higher damage) and my max damage I ever hit (using double shot including the damage of both arrows) is 3400.

I would say Xbowman. Even though they are slow;They can own in damage.. I have a lvl 21xbowman but,I have a main lvl 54 Mage

I'm a level 17 Archer, but I use a CrossBow, and I hit from about 40-120.
Sometimes even as low as 15 or something.
Which can really suck. But, I like the long-distance!
We just have really weird damage, completely unstable.
