This is the begining of the new Anima RP, you people know the rules of RPs by now, so lets just get right to it.
Kyros walked through a dingy town, most people in the town were poor, this included Kyros. He walked into a shop and got kicked out, even though he wasn't showing his Anima mark, somehow he was knon as an Anima and noone even let him eat in a resteraunt. he sighed, walking down towards the stream and using a makeshift fishing pole to try and catch a beakfast.

Chuu padded along the beaten path next to the river contentedly, a live flapping fish clamped in her mouth. She'd been eating fish raw ever since she was young and though it disgusted many humans she found the taste of life most interesting. Purring through her mouthful she bit in to it and the sweet blood smell filled her nose. She chomped happily and came to a halt, watching Kyros at the stream. Intrigued she meowed around her fishy meal and flicked her ears absentmidedly.
[[She's got her panther ears and tail right now... I hope you dn't mind, I'm making her quite feral but her story means that she hasn't been around normal people enough recently to hide herself well.]]

((Its good- but the Anima can retract their animal likeness when they want, but she does seem to have a cat-like personality, so it works!))
Kyros's wings and tail shot out of him in protection, not noticing who it was at first. He retracted his wings and smiled. "Oh... Hey Chuu..." He said, looking back at the calm stream. "You don't happen to know a better fishing spot, do you?"

Chuu mumbled something around the fish before pausing to swallow it whole. She took a breath, grinned and walked over. "I caught that one further up stream, there's a spot where all kindsa fish are heading upstream." She flicked her ears again as an animal ran by the opposite side of the stream but she ignored it. "The water's a bit faster up there but with a net it'd be eeeeasy." She smiled and her tail whipped dust up around her feet, she was restless but fishing with Kyro might be fun so she stuck around to wait for a reply.

"Sure, if its as good as you say it is, I'll catch you some to!" He said, standing and starting to walk up stream. He let out his wings, stretching out as he walked. He didn't feel like flying, not wanting to leave Chuu on the ground. His tail lost small feathers as he walked, since he hadn't turned into his anima state in a while. Looks like it'll be another burning night.... he thought as he walked, knowing that he would be reborn stronger from the ashes tonight when he burned.

"Yay!" Chuu purred happily, already hungry again at the thought of fresh fish. She walked alongside Kyro, noticing the small feathers falling here and there. "You moulting again Kryo?" she asked curiously. She knew for him it was different to her, she only shed fur in summer and that was regular like but Kryo's shedding was different. She never concerned herself with why really, she was too busy thinking of herself mostly. She liked her friends but being cat-like in nature she couldn't help but put herself first.

Small sparks issued from the feathers before they faded away. "Yeah.... once a month..." He said, his fishing pole over his shoulder. "Do you know if ther are any salmon upstream?" He asked, changing the subject, he didn't like talking about his anima state.

"Salmon... salmon," Chuu thought for a moment. "There might have been but I didn't catch any. Just have to go see!" She grinned, happy at the thought of fresh salmon. The stream grew wider as they walked and the ground slightly steeper so the water ran faster over the bare rock.

The ground was slightly smushy from the splashing water, and came half way up to his knees. His tail trailed on behind him, losing more feathers. "I hope there is, Don't they swim upstream this time of year?" Kyros questioned, stopping at a particularily rough spot and sitting on a rock.

Chuu carefully padded over on the rocks and leapt over the mud so her bare feet barely touched the water. She sat down next to Kyros and looked at the occasional leaping fish. "A lot of fish travel this time of year, and I'm pret-ty sure salmon are among them." She smiled gently and extended a claw she lashed out at apparantly calm water, spearing a small silver fish the length of her middle finger and popping it in her mouth absent mindedly.

Kyros threw the string of the fishing pole into the water, around were a slightly palish-pink fish was struggling against the current. The salmon bit on, in hopes it would go farther up stream, and Kyros pulled it out od the water, putting it on a small planket he had, he would cook it later. "Yep. Salmon!" Ktros said, licking his lips at the thought of it later.

Chuu grinned, not shouting incase the fish got scared. "Yay!" she said quietly, waving her hands a little to pretend she was cheering. She laughed at herself before lying down on her stomach and poking at the fish in with water. There were so many tis time of year, some were too small to make it so she ate those. If she didn't eat them then something else would kill them.

"Picking off the weak?" Kyros joked, tugging back at another fish that bit. "Wow... I'm ussually not this lucky fishing..." he thought aloud, catching a flat fluke, around 40cm long.

"If strong fish go upstream to spawn then we get larger stronger fish next year. The less weak fish genes there are in that pool the better." Chuu grinned and looked in the water, spotting a fish about the length of her hand. She smiled smugly and leaned forwards; with one hand in the water a little distance away she positioned the other above the fish and brought it down quickly. She sat back up and killed the flapping fish with a swift stroke to the head before putting it on one side delicately. It wasn't for her; it was for some of the people in town. They didn't like her but so long as she went unseen they accepted her anonymous gifts and she felt better seeing such poverty-inflicted sadness lifted if only for a moment. Her own childhood had taught her that balence was key; those with more should really help those with less regardless of how much more or less there is. The only thing more she had right now was a small fish, but some in the town had next to nothing and families to support and so the fish traded hands and balence was restored.

"I think the big ones are tastier..." Kyros said, licking his lips as he caught another large salmon. He smiled, looking at his pile of fish. He wrapped the salmon and fluke that he caught seperate, then continued fishing, he only had three bass in the other pile, that he would give to the town, along with the rest that he caught.
