My friend said that Anime is a disease .__.

He mean it, He said that Anime is because if you watch it non stop it means you got the disease.. What i think he said was bullshit >>;; I watch anime cause its interesting and sometimes funny.

If he believes that it is a disease i think he seriously needs to become educated i am a qualified nurse and never has it ever came up and tbh it never will because that is like saying those who play computer games or watch movies a lot are sick. It is complete rubbish

I dunno. I think anime is totally addictive and you shouldn't go home and watch anime over hanging out w/friends or something that compromises actually having a life, but "disease" is a word that...well...what's he trying to say? That an anime epidemic is hitting the US? Then yeah, he's right, just get rid of the negative connotation of "disease."

Well as a professional nurse he needs to be reeducated. If this is all the topic is about then i will have no other course but to close and move it. End of the day he does not know what he is talking about a disease is cancer or parkinsons not something like watching a bit of anime, i believe he does need to grow up and realise that there is more to the world than anime and if he said at a convention or anywhere in public that he would be laughed at and ignored.
