Zillah stood on a cliff over looking her forest home. The dark painted mare snorted thinking back a few days ago to the irritating wind soquili she had met, damn that b*****d. Zillah flicked her tail irritated and turned away from the view. It wasn't that great anyway. Zillah began to make her way down, but not as careful as she should be galloping down recklessly instead. Like she cared what happened to her, she didn't need anyone's help even if she did get hurt.

Long onyx strands of the stallion's tail were flicked back and forth agitatedly as the young male wandered aimlessly across the rocky expanse, cursing audibly when he stumbled over a rock in his path. Unsurprisingly, Kureno was in a foul mood... then again, it wasn't often he was anything but surly, even in the best of moods. Issues with his mother had always left him in a bad mood... absently, he wondered if that was something that would ever change.
A soft sigh escaped his jaws as he came to a halt beneath a large cliffside, lifting his head to stare into the sky as a gentle breeze ruffled his limp ebon' mane. He was interrupted from his musings, however, when a small pebble hit the top of his head, bouncing off and rolling down the small mound at his feet. A scowl adorned his maw as the sound of other falling stones and pebbles drew his attention to the slope before him, where he could see a brown mare struggling down the cliffside.

By the time Zillah made it down she realized she had sprained her left back leg. The dark mare still hadn't noticed the nearby soquili; she didn't care enough to notice either. Zillah shifted her weight more to her right side as she began to walk.
Accustomed to a decent amount pain she attempted to hide her limp. Zillah snorted again as she continued walking closer to the other soquili by sheer accident. Had she known she would have gone the other way.
