(( this is an rp for me and mika. Shar does have the choice of joining in with Seirra and Romulos at anytime in the rp. ))
Ramus trotted along side his father. it seemed they where off too meet his grandma and uncle atlest thats what his father told him. his brother and mother where left together where they had been staying for whatever reason. shrugging that of he was excited to be out and about instead of havign to stay within the clearing home. nippign at his fathers shoulder he shorted. " are we there yet i'm getting boooooooored!?"
Raum shook his head at his son and nipped back at him. " yes we are almost there Ramus." nudgign his son, he had decided to only bring Ramus with him to tell his mother and brother if both where in the same place for now. just so he didn't shock ether of them too badly by showign up with Seirra and both boys which was his reasoning for taking only Ramus though he told Seirra she could bring Romulos alogn later if she wanted. since the boys had been running about and getting stronger he had decided it was about time to tell atlest his mother and brother about being a father. now his own father that was a different story on telling him. concetrating on his energetic son, he didnt realize how soon they actualy where to find his mother and brother.

Aruna was grazing inside of Shizuka's claimed home in her small part of the forest, feeling peaceful and happy not to be worried about much of anything anymore. Confronting Delano had been nerve-wracking, but she had finally set them both free. She wanted Delano to realize he didn't deserve her, and she already felt dirtied enough to know that she couldn't give up on her first love... especially as he had given her her first offspring. However, she had yet to see Rahu, and she wasn't sure what she'd tell him once they met up. "Mother!" she looked up, knowing her peace would now be shaken into chaos as Shizuka entered her field of vision. She felt terrible for imposing on him when he wanted to live alone, but she hadn't felt like returning to the human's teepee where her father lived, nor did she feel ready to face anyone she knew.
Shizuka had received news from Kaine, Aruna's companion in times of need, that his brother was visiting. Apparently, Raum had some interesting news that he wanted to tell his mother and older brother about. Shizuka would never turn away his brother, since the two were extremely close. Knowing where his mother was, he set off to find her. Spotting her in the same clearing as she'd been but a few hours ago, he called out to her. "Mother!" He watched as she glanced up at the sound of his voice, and knew that she was waiting for him as he came closer.

Ramus snorted and nipped at his father again. " come onnnnn how much longer!!!!" being headstrong and a young colt he didnt care to want to wait for things to get done. snorting he was geting fussy and when he noticed there was a small openig clearing up ahead, he took off running as fast as his legs could go. " catch me if you can daaaaaaaaaad!" walking was boring and he wanted some fun! little did he realize he was barging in on his uncle and grandmother.
Raum snorted and gave his son a nudge. " calm down Ramus we will be there soon enough just hold on and be good." shaking his head his son was a handful and he wondered how seirra was handling Romulos who was just as energetic as his brother Ramus. eyes went wide as Ramus bolted off wantign him to chase after. " RAMUS WHAT DID I TELL YOU JUST A MOMENT AGO!!!!!!" after yelling as loud as he could he went chasing after his son, it definatly was tiring to handle two energetic sons who acted like twins and even almost looked the same.

The two family members were talking quietly and smiling when the sound of a colt's voice interrupted them, making Aruna and Shizuka glance up in surprise to see a colt tearing across the clearing. Moving quickly, Shizuka stopped the youngster in his path, as they collided.
"Yes, Shizuka, it'll be wonderful to see him again," she was saying, when a colt's voice interrupted her. Blinking golden eyes, she glanced away to see a handsome young foal racing across the area, and her eyes widened as she realized which direction the colt was heading. Before she could react, however, her oldest son and child moved in front of her in a blur of brown and black, effectively stopping the colt. There a 'thud' sound as the colt crashed into her son.
He grunted softly at the collision, and eyed the young Soquili. Intruders, even young ones, weren't allowed, but Shizuka wasn't heartless. He was cautious, though. For all he knew, this could be the offspring of a Kalona that appeared normal. "Colt," he ordered gruffly, but gently. "What are you doing playing about in my territory?"

Ramus fell over as he colided with his uncle. ears flicked back and staring wide at at the large stallion that was his uncle he huffed. " i was playing with my dad and we are suppost to be seeing someone until you got in my way who ever you are!" getting to his feet, he then deadbutted the adult without a second thought.
Raum groaned as he came to a hault and his son already was crashing into Shiz and headbutting him shaking his head he grunted. " ramus how many time have i told you not to do that." giving a nod to his mother and staring at his brother he snorted. " is that how you plan to treat your nephew brother?" standing behind his son, he wondered what both his mother and brother where going to say to him now.
Ramus backed away from his uncle and moved to be beside his father knowign he would get into trouble if he caused more problems. starign at both his uncle and grandmother, he wondered who they where though his father had called the other stallion his brother.

Aruna couldn't help it; she let out a laugh. This little colt was the most adorable thing she'd seen in ages, and that was saying something since the last cute faces she saw were of Delano's and Rahu's faces. (Yes, she called them both cute, but hey, give her a break, she was in love with both of them--especially Rahu and still with Rahu--in her short lifespan.) Headbutting Shizuka would probably result in the poor foal feeling as if it was trying to headbutt a boulder, but so long as he didn't hurt himself--what an adorable tyke he was!--Aruna was satisfied no true harm came to her or her eldest.
Golden eyes widened as she took in her youngest child, looking aggravated and world-weary as he entered Shizuka's territory. "Raum, how are you? And don't you ignore your mother!" Aruna hated being ignored when she was in the vicinity, though there were times when she didn't mind the peace and quiet. At best, she felt just fine by herself, but since she grew up with her father, Hania, she didn't like staying by herself for long. "And..." her mouth pretty much fell open in pure shock. "I... I... I-I'm a grandmother..." She whispered, staring at the cute foal, son of Raum.
"Brat," Shizuka spat back somewhat harshly. "You do not enter another stallion's territory without explicit permission. Even a kid like you should--hold the fort, what!?" He basically screamed when Raum addressed him. "I'm this hyperactive colt's uncle!? Raum, what have you been doing that you haven't told me!?" Shizuka seemed disappointed to know his brother had got some while he was still trying to seduce a particularly difficult mare.
Raum always got the girls (though Tsuyoi had his own fair share, despite his insensible complaints) and somehow kept them (sorta). Shizuka snorted as he eyed the colt. "Well, he's certainly got the looks." The dark furred stallion tossed his silky, brunette mane in a (male-like?) manner as his dark brown eyes observed the younger brother critically. Finally, "That's not fair, Raum! How come you got some and I didn't!?" Shizuka felt himself get kicked by his mother. Hard. He was shaking silently with laughter. He couldn't help it; he loved picking on Raum, after all.

Ramus pawed at the ground ready to headbutt the large stallion that was his uncle but knew his father would get at him for it. " i didnt do nothing wrong." huffing he glared at his uncle for a moment and sneeked over to his grandmother while they all seemed distracted.
Raum rolled his eyes at his brother. "dont even start brother. and yes Ramus there is your nephew meanign he is my son. also do we need to get into a argument the minute we see each other?" looking over at his mother he had to laugh. " like i would ignore you mother but you know how i am when brother is around." nipping at his son he knew he was going to try soemthign as usualy since both him adn his brother loved to play games because after all they where foals. " yesh mother your a grandmother and this is your grandson named Ramus." snickerign he found it amusing that his mother had kicked his borther to get him to stop.

Shizuka had a slight tick mark on his head as he smiled benignly at Raum. "Ramus, it's 'I didn't do anything wrong'," he couldn't help but correct. Blinking in astonishment at himself, Shizuka narrowed a glare on his younger brother. "Raum," he spoke in an eerily even voice for a normally optimistic, flirticious stallion, "We need to talk. Privately, if you will." Shizuka glanced over to see Aruna was keep the young foal occupied. He turned his attention back to his brother as he indicated a place close by but far enough so the two brothers could talk privately.
Aruna practically attached herself to Ramus as she cooed and awed over him and proceeded to spoil him silly and boost his ego. Aruna had given her boys her mischievous side although Rahu could have also contributed to that factor, so it was no surprise to see her wanting to make life as a parent tough for her poor "baby" Raum. Knowing it was up to her to keep Ramus occupied while her sons caught up, she smiled cheerfully at her grandson. Inside, however, she was still in shock. "Do you like to swim, Ramus?"

Ramus snorted and wanted to headbutt his uncle yet again but he was too occupyed with his grandmother now to care for long and even ignored the earlyer n** from his father. grinning at his grandmother he nodded. " yeah i do! can we go swimming?!?" tail swishing about and dancing about in place excitedly, he looked at his father. " can we go swim pleeeeeeeeeeeease?"
Raum raised a brow at his brother for the way he spoke when he asked to talk to him in privatelyand then looked over at his son when his son asked a question. " mother watch over Ramus for a moment it seems brother needs a word with me. and yes Ramus you can go swimming with your grandma if she allows it." giving a nod to his mother and son he walked over to his brother and went over to where he wanted them to talk. " what is it you need to talk to me about?"

Aruna chuckled at the eagerness of Ramus and nodded to her sons. "Oh, Ramus will be perfectly safe!" She didn't know what had come over her other than she felt oddly different than she had been from a long time ago. Aruna wasn't unkind, but she was sarcastic and... a lot like Shizuka when he was serious to the extreme. Shaking her head, she smiled softly at Ramus and led him over to a clear, sparkling lake not too far away from where her boys were. "Ramus, do you want to race?" she asked, eyes glinting mischievously.
Shizuka watched his mother take away his nephew towards the lake that occupied a part of his land before he turned his attention to his brother. "Is he the only one?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. "And who is the mother? Shouldn't we meet all of them at the same time? I know Mother's curious but she would never confront you about it." He looked dead serious as he spoke, worry and concern for his brother flickering occasionally in his eyes. Shizuka, like the rest of his family, had the uncanny ability to hide his emotions behind a stoic facade, but only when he was extremely serious, as he was now.

Ramus didn't bother to care what his father was discussing with his uncle. right now his full attention was on his grandmother as she now asked if he wanted to race. oh ho ho she was playign with him and it was something he was happy about. grinning at his grandmother, he nodded with prancing in place. " yes!" nippign at his grandmother he then took off towards the water as fast as he could with out waiting for his grandmother.
" no Ramus isnt the only one i have two son. my other son is named Romulus and he is with his mother right now." Raum was going to be fully honest with his brother and there was no need for games when his brother was being so serious. " what do you think mother would do if i came walking here with a mare and two sons out of no where? honestly i felt it better to only bring Ramus first. besides i told Sierra where i would be and how to get here if she wanted to cme along after." giving a snort, he didnt move and only stared at his brother. " is that all you wanted to know?"

Shizuka gave Raum an accusatory look, almost as if asking why Raum thought the way he did. "Do you honestly think Mother is so weak?" he all but hissed. The way Raum said what he said pissed Shizuka off to no end. Aruna was no weak mare--as well Raum should know!--and even had Aruna met the entirety of Raum's new family--He very nearly spat the word in his brother's face--Aruna would not break down. She'd probably scold Raum, but more than likely not have done more than congratulate her son. He leered at his brother, and pawed the ground impatiently.
"Two sons, a mate, and now you decide to appear out of nowhere. Brat," he growled, with narrowed eyes. "What gives you the right to suddenly decide to come back to our world--Mother's world? When was the last time you saw her, hmm? Or shall I say, when was the last time you wanted to say hello to the family!?" He surely was enraged, for his dark brown eyes flashed, looking as if they had turned red for a moment, but in the next instant they were literally black, dark and brooding and sneering. He disapproved of his brother's thoughtless gesture. Raum had not seen the look of pain in their mother's eyes when she saw that her youngest had offspring.
Shizuka lived with his mother, so he was able to read her like he could read even the slightest movements in his territory that told him something might be wrong. He also noted he was growling softly at his brother in warning. Raum's welcome was about to be pushed aside. "If that's how you honestly felt, you've been away too long!" he spat, rather, said in a voice that came out in an angry snarl. "Father must be rubbing off on you, though thank the Goddess you haven't abandoned your loved one!" Shizuka had managed to pry Aruna's past with Rahu out of her a while back, and so he now looked at his brother with pure contempt rather than the brotherly affection he used to. Shizuka was much different from the last time the two met, which was well over three months ago.
Golden eyes gleamed with amusement as she chased after her grandson. Unbeknownst to the youngster, however, Aruna's gait faltered as she stared after the streaking colt. Shizuka had been right when he said that Aruna had felt pained--almost insulted, in fact--that Raum had finally decided to come visit her, and with a son no less. She wondered what her youngest was up to, to suddenly appear out of nowhere, with a son of his, who the mare was... and why he didn't just bring his entire family? It made no sense to her at all. She would have appreciated the gesture more if he'd brought his entire family, so that she could evaluate the mare and also judge how well the colts acted or were currently being cared for. Epona knows how horribly she and Rahu did on their job, raising their children. But they had--mostly--resulted well as they grew older, and now she saw she had been beaten in the 'race', as she had slowed while she had lost herself in her thoughts.

Raum flicked his eyes back and growled at his brother. " correction i have NO mate. another thing don't call me a brat atlest i had the thought of actualy telling you guys and i havent even told father as i felt you two would take the news best apparently i was wrong." he was highly insulted that his brother would asume he would even abandon someone he had foals with adn would do somethign to hurt his mother. " and for your information atlest i'm takign responcablity for my own actions with Sierra and we are still raising our sons TOGETHER if thats such a hard thing to beleive. i'm not going to repeat with father did and if you want to know the reason i been gone its cause i been with sierra stayign with her from the day i found out she was pregnate because i wasn't about to leave her. also you know for a fact i tend to like being alone and wander." Raum glared, visably pissed but it could be seen he was holding back which was somewhat unlike him. " i' m done with this conversation Shizuka and you know i would never ever call mother weak. i did what i did because the last i heard mother had broken up with that stupid uni and like i knew how the break the damn news to her that her youngest son had kids with a mare thats not even mates with. and if you would like Shizuka i will happly leave and never come back as i have my own family to be with now." stompping a hoof, he was definatly ready to take his son with him and leave never to come back at the rate the conversation was going.
Ramus pranced about at the edge of the water, waiting for his grandmother to get over to him. he had no clue what was going on between his father and uncle let alone what his grandmother was going through. jumpping into the water his splashed about in the shallow water happy to be having some kind of fun. " come on grandma lets plaaaaaay." headstrong and playful as any colt he contiuned splashing about.

Shizuka swore and moved so quickly he was literally a black blur as he stopped his brother, eyes narrowing. "I'm surprised you have yet to attack me physically, little brother, but it proves further that you do have some self control. I must applaud you on such a feat!" The other thing Shizuka was more than angry about with Raum was the news of him having no mate at all... in fact, it was practically a repeat of the Rahu and Aruna episode. "Listen and listen damn well, Raum," he hissed, rage practically spewing from his entire being. "Either be that mare's mate or take your sons to live with you by yourself. A mare does not need the burden of knowing she has been pregnant by a stallion that may possibly leave once his offspring have grown! Look at us! Look at how our family was started, damn you! You never think, you beligerant idiotic fool!!"
Amazingly, Tsuyoi was swearing like no tomorrow, though he kept it at speakig level, if softer. That only made it worse, for Shizuka, too, was holding back. He wanted nothing more but to slam Raum into the ground and force him to see reality. Yes, Shizuka saw that Raum was staying with this mare--Sierra, was it?--but that only reminded Shizuka of how Rahu basically vanished out of their lives once they had become young adults. Aruna had chosen to watch over her eldest as the other two chose to follow after their father. Shizuka hadn't wanted his younger siblings to know, but he had despised them, hated them. He might have been close with Raum at one point, but his hatred knew no bounds when it came to Rahu and his other siblings. He hated them. Period. And now this, this with a new addition to the family made it worse... and Raum wasn't even mated. Shizuka knew he flirted and played around a lot, but those were just words, and it was usually a mask. Most mares saw through him and just played along with him, making him feel better so that they knew he really didn't want to hurt them.
Tsuyoi's rage was building as he stared coolly as his brother. "If you plan to leave that poor mare once the foals have grown, Raum, so help me, I will hunt you down myself and show you the pain Mother felt, that I had to deal with once you, Father, and Ketsueki-oni left us." He spoke with a calm that belied the storm that was soon to follow, knowing that when he broke his control his brother could end up with more than just a few broken bones. Shizuka had not trained with Windflame Bloodrider for nothing, after all. He bared his teeth and his eyes flashed--a deadly warning not to cross him--before he brushed past his brother without so much as another word. "You're always welcome to my land, little brother, but don't think it's because of me. Be happy Mother loves us so dearly, otherwise I'd have killed you ages ago." Shizuka's last words had been whispered into Raum's ears, indicating that indeed, the eldest held a long, deep hatred, a wound that could never scar over, no matter how hard anyone could try to help him.
Seeing her grandson splash about in the water lightened Aruna's mood, and she happily joined in with Ramus as she grinned. "All right, how about... this!!" she splashed a small wave of water towards Ramus as she let out a loose laugh. How long had it been since she last 'played'? Too long... she never played much as a child, to be sure, and certainly disapproved of playing while still a growing foal. Hania would always wonder why his eldest was so serious and impassive, so detached from the rest of the world, but Aruna knew that he knew more than he let on. Hania, like the rest of her family, hid behind a different kind of mask. The only ones who seemed to show their true characters were her mother, Mahiri, and her sisters, Artemis and Epesi. Her brothers all held their own masks, except perhaps Riley, but she didn't know him that well, either. She glanced up to check on her sons in time to have a chill run down her spine, making her wonder what had transpired. Shaking her head, thinking it was probably because fall was coming soon, she returned to playing with Ramus.
((XD Ha! Anyway, a secret from Shizuka is now revealed. >o> Ooooh, a turn of events.))

(( you never told me that lolz also you never told me you had shiz train with windflame and ramus just had to grow today to hahah ))
Raum snarled and didnt move. " you know nothing of whats been going on between me and sierra. you know nothing of how i feel of about the situation or how seirra feels as your just jumping the gun." growling he had enough of his brother geting on his case about hte fact he had foals with someone he actualy allowed close to him because he felt it right. " and you know what Shizuka i'm not coming back at all if you feel that way your not seeing me, or my sons again." ears pinned back still as he stared at his brother for what he just said to him. moving past his brother and towards where his son and mother where he spoke one last thing before hand. " this conversation is over and i'm no longer your brother Shizuka Tsuyoi." never before had he ever spoke his brother's full name, raum was angry at his brother and ment what he said in that anger. " RAMUS COME NOW." he belowed a his son to come so that he could leave.
Ramus snickered at his grandma and bounded away but stopped at hearing his fathers voice that had a hint of anger. ears flicked back adn head hanging, he took one last glance at his gandma. " sorry i got to go." after that he took off towards his father who seemed beyond ready to leave even though ramus had wanted to stay longer. now stayign silent he would have normaly protested but he kept silent at the look his face had when he reached him.
