9 ) Children can never succeed without a male and a female role model at home. That's why we as a society expressly forbid single parents to raise children.
10 ) Gay marriage will change the foundation of society; we could never adapt to new social norms. Just like we haven't adapted to cars, the service-sector economy, or longer life spans... Have PRIDE! Support Gay Marriage!

That's pretty good, actually.
I'm pretty much indifferent on the whole gay marriage issue. Personally i could care less whether gay people get married. That's their business and if they want to do it, that's fine with me.

Yeah, I've seen that before.
But, even before that, they're all points I made to people I've debated the topic with in the past.
I'm proud to be Canadian, 'cause we no longer have that "issue"... (so long as the Conservatives don't go and ******** it up, that is.)

However, I am proud to fight for the rights of other people, because equality is what it's all about.
So...yeah.
That's why I'm totally pro-gay marriage.

There are VERY few people who actually care or do anything about the issue.
But one thing that truly infuriates me is that the legal, and in any other sense definition of marriage is
"The legal or holy binding union between a man and woman, usually for romantic purposes."
So, forget the Bible.
Gay marriage is already forbidden by the freaking dictionary!

Although...I hate the term straight.
It makes me think, is anybdy who is not heterosexual crooked?
Kinda dumb, I know.
But I also hate the term "gay", because, well, "gay" actually means "happy".

Gay marriage should be allowed. I'm straight, but you know, gay people should be allowed to marry because that's what will make them happy. And we want people to be happy, right? Not like there aren't enough children in China just waiting to be adopted.

If someone wants to be happy with someone of the same (or opposite) gender, and they are that committed to that person to want to marry them, hell, let them go for it!
