A MySims Problem
Currently working on my level 4 town after 31hrs or so of gameplay, but the game itself has generated a problem ever since I've tried to move Shirley into the place.
After agreeing to move Shirley in, I saved and turned off the game before building her a house. When I came back to try the game, I tried going to an empty lot but while selecting Shirley to move in, the game doesn't open up the house building screen.
Shirley herself isn't appearing in the hotel, waiting for me to build her the house. Also her profile in the friends book doesn't allow me to invite her back (like it does for the other Sims).
When I try to invite anyone else to the hotel my game freezes...?
I've also attempted asking other Sims to move in instead of Shirley, and while the game allows me to say "yes I want X to move in instead of Shirley" the task list still lists Shirley as the Sim to be moved in. My task book doesn't allow me to cancel this particular task either.
Finally, I tried to relocate another Sim and build Shirley's house in their space, but while I could successfully move them, it still didn't allow me to build Shirley's house.
Other than restarting the game (which I would prefer not to do). Has anyone else had this problem? Any further suggestions on how I can get the game back on track?
