Before I go to sleep and forget this...
have you ever had something happen to you that's strange coinsidence?
I was depressed about my grandpa not too long ago, and when I say that I mean like 20 minutes ago.
I was all sad and angsty and my mom walked by so I wiped away my tears and sucked it up. My mom gets to the door and see's a beautiful yellow butterfly on our doorstep. My mom say's "Lila come look quick quick!" So I come to the door and see this huge butterfly and my mom says "Damn it I want to put Kiki out but she'll kill it." So I got out there and said then I'll move it somewhere else. My mom replied with "You can't do that it'll mess up their wings!" I said, "That's a myth." So I get the butterfly in my hands and I walk to our Laundry room, and the butterfly starts spazzing out and I'm telling it to calm down it's ok calm down and it flys into my face, and climbed on top of my head. It sat there for around 20 minutes enduring my mother taking pictures of it, and when she would leave for a moment I said happy birthday. It's good to see you, I miss you and I love you etc. And I knew the same went for me minus the happy birthday. So I walk outside to put it in the vegetable garden when mom's done and it climbed down onto my bangs and sat there blocking half my vision. I then walked back inside cuz I thought that was kickass and got a picture of it. Then I put him back in the vegetable garden after he stood on my hand and said goodbye again.
I said (without intention) Goodbye Norm. My mom didn't catch it.
Today is my Grandpa, Norman's brithday, he died around 2 years ago. One way you could pick him out of a crowd was he had an amputated right leg.
This butterfly had part of it's lower right wing missing. I was in the right to call it Norm.
And so, a happy birthday it is for him... especially because I got to tell him so myself. A slight hard part for me, was I promised to smile today. I will keep my promise even if there are tears in my eyes.
I'm tired, I'll show some pics later on today.

If I believed in reincarnation, I'd say that the butterfly is her dead grandfather. But I don't so Ima just smile and nod. smile 3nodding
