YEAAAAAH NEW EPISODE.

Okay, so, overall, I didn't particularly like this episode. I mean, I didn't like the Gaang's half of it. I ADORED the ZuCrew's half.

I finished it about an hour ago, but I had other things to do before I came on. HOWEVER, I took notes, so, hah.

Iroh. Oh my god. Uh. I want to stab Zuko. YOU MADE IROH CRY GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH. I mean... ugh. STUPID ZUKO, HOLY HELL. *bangbangbangbang* I yelled, "GOOD JOB, IROH!" When he turned away. Zuko doesn't deserve ANYTHING after what he did.

...Except maybe Mai! That bit was SO DAMN CUTE. LIKE. OH. MY. GOD. A Maikoer's dream come true. The only thing offputting about it was the end... WHAT WAS WITH MAI'S LOOK?! I still can't figure that out. I need to look at it again. It's either a 'muahaha we have Zuko in our clutches' look or a 'don't you dare mess with Zuko' look. I'm HOPING for the latter, but I'm so paranoid of it being the former. I think it SHOULD be the latter, fitting with the story. It would fit better... y'know?

It was also interesting to see the little tidbit of Fire Nation censorship in the school. It made me go, "HMM."

Katara and Aang's dance was AMAZING. It was like, WHAZAAAAAAAA! I think it was the replacement for an actual fight in this episode. It was STILL freakin' cool. Katara looked like a gypsy. xD

Combustion Man or whatever the hell he's called is scarily tall. And I'm wondering what's the deal with his tattoo. It's significant in some way... it lingered on his face for a long time, with the tattoo being the focal point.

And a secret river leading to the capital?! HMMM~ Surely this will be exploited later on. Makes me curious as to how.

Finally, THE FUNNY IS BACK! YAYYYY~ Most of my notes were laughing at the jokes, actually.
-"We're in the Fire Nation now! These are ENEMY birds!"
-"You did WHAT?!" Sokka's face was awesome.
-'Hide and Explode'
-"And here's one I made of noodles!" "Well, that's very impressive, but-" xDD; I was expecting the noodles thing, Sokka commenting on it was unexpected.
-"Sokka, you don't understand. You get to be normal all the time!" "Haw haw!"
-Wang Fire and Sapphire Fire... aaaaahahaha... I wonder if the moustache is going to be off by the next episode.
-Hearing the sunghi horn abused so makes me sad. D:
-Did anyone notice that one of the main students bore a striking resemblance to Foamy?! He even danced like Foamy flailed!
-Toph doing shots. xDD;

Other notes and comments:
-Toph is back to her sarcastic self! Woo! There was a horrible lack of that last episode, I was getting worried.
-Zuko is seeeeexy with his hair down. DD: I think I'm officially a Zuko fangirl. DAMNIT.
-I wonder if Anji is going to make a reappearance? They can't have only put her in to make Katara jealous.
-Green eyes in the Fire Nation! Did anyone else catch this? There was a kid, right before they went and played Hide and Explode, that had green eyes. I was like, "GASP!" So, I guess certain eye colours aren't restricted to certain nations... it explains why Katara, Sokka, and Toph weren't conspicuous with their eyes.
-I noticed that at the very end, some possible Taang (I say friendliness damnit) was deflected RIGHT OFF THE BAT by some very noticable Kataang. I whooped when that happened, mainly because it was like shoving the encroaching Taangers away.

It made me so happy to see her back to her sarcastic self. I was sincerely concerned that they'd softened Toph's character up.

Well combustion man hmmmm....
The tatoo looked seriously like an eye to me and the sinister thing about one eye is that ... It's what Koh's faces comes out of! Don't know what I'm talking about? It's just that Koh's faces comes out of a giant eye socket and when the eye blinks, his face changes. And Koh did say they's meet again sooooooooo ... Could this guy be worshipping Koh? What do you think?

Mai's look. I think she is going to turn on Azula. I mean it did have the eerie music when she glared at her.

I finally watched it and I loved it. XD
And there was more than one fun quote to go along with this episode as well.

(You missed: "Sokka, you can take off the beard now." "No can do because it is permanently clued to my face."

And yes, I am well aware of the Kataang-moments that were there but for the next part of this I'm just going to ignore those for now and enjoy the Taang moments.

And I loved the "shots" they gave her.
At the end where Toph talks about Aang giving the kids some freedom, that was my main reason why I thought Taang could happen. (In my opinion) Toph admires Aang because she had always lived a secluded life with over-protective parents and Aang was a way she could escape all that and explore the world.

Other random stuff:
- I think On Ji is a one-episode girl kind of like Song or Jin (I'm not counting the extra quick appearance).
- I also thought there was a guy who looked like Foamy at the school. Someone should have whispered "Avatar" just to test things out. ^_^
- The "history" lesson was rather interesting. I thought of 2 things when I heard that: Fire-nation propaganda and "History is written by the winner."
- The kiss this episode pretty much shot down my theory on Maiko. That was the kiss they showed in the Comicon trailer.
- Now I'm really curious as to how Iroh is going to escape. Zuko seems like a lost cause right now. It might be the Gaang but it looks like they would have to travel very close to the capital to free him.
