  Name: Teivel
Gender: Male
Age: 17 years old
Rank: Class C, Rocket Grunt
General Appearance: Teivel's appearance is what allows him to blend in with the rest of the crowd, never giving away his status as a Rocket Grunt. During the day he wears a blue button-up shirt over top of his Rocket uniform and removes his black mask. He keeps the hat, however, seeing as he doesn't feel it's enough to give him away. Without the red "R" displayed on his shirt, Teivel looks the picture of innocence. He has reddish-brown hair down to his mid-back, which is kept up in a ponytail to keep it away from his face. His eyes, normally surrounded by the black of his mask, are green, and his face is smattered with freckles. All of his Pokemon are kept in their Pokeballs on his belt. Teivel is rather average in stature and weight, nowhere near the imposing height of Team Rocket's boss. He has his left ear pierced once in the cartridge.
Personality: Pretty, temperamental, selfish, petty Teivel. The boy is many things, and easy to get along with is not one of them. Despite being part of a Team, Teivel is extremely independent. He doesn't feel the need to rely on others, preferring to work alone. If he wants to do something, he'll do it, without consulting others or asking for someone to accompany him. He doesn't believe anyone would even if he asked. And what with his moodiness and general lack of patience, not many people would. He doesn't feel he owes anybody anything, and thusly Teivel is not the type of person to listen to other people’s problems or offer any kind of advice. It's not so much that he doesn't care, but not only is he inexperienced with offering comfort but he considers his own thoughts and feelings as the important ones. Everyone else comes second. He can't stand self-righteous heroes, believing that they are the ones who prevent Team Rocket from their goal.
For all his sulky and aggressive exterior, Teivel is not quite as cool as he'd like to think he is. For one, his appearance makes him come off as very unthreatening, something that irritates him to no extent. He's a member of Team Rocket for petesakes! He scared small children and helped capture Radio towers! Little Pokemon should run from him! Unfortunately, none of this actually happens, leaving Teivel rather miffed and with a rather deflated ego. He can't stand arguing for long periods of time with persistent people, and so more often than not gives up before the real battle starts. This is the main reason why he agreed to be a Pokemon Healer in the first place. By the same notion, he gets bored very easily, and is liable to give up things without finishing them. He just honestly doesn't care about too much.
While Teivel is not exactly cruel to his Pokemon, he does try and keep an imaginary barrier between them and him. His Pokemon are expected to become strong and battle flawlessly. Battling is to become second nature to them, for it is by their strength that Team Rocket will become victorious. He makes sure that his Pokemon realize the seriousness of their task, as well as the fact that he will always stand by them if they prove themselves strong.

  Nidoran has barbs that secrete a powerful poison. They are thought to have developed as protection for this small-bodied Pokemon. When enraged, it released a horrible toxin from its horn. The female has smaller horns.

Custom Appearance: Normal colouring with the addition of a a dark blue face "mask" and one dark blue front foreleg. Eyes are a striking purple.

Evolutions: Nidorina (lvl 16) and Nidoqueen (Moon Stone)
Ability: Poison Point - When a Pokemon makes contact with Nidoran, it has a 30% chance of being poisoned

  Absol, the disaster Pokemon. Every time Absol appears before people, it is followed by a disaster such as an earthquake or a tidal wave. As a result, it came to be known as the disaster Pokemon. It has the ability to foretell the coming of natural disasters. It lives in a harsh, rugged mountain environment. It very rarely ventures down from the mountains. It sharply sense even subtle changes in the sky and the land to predict natural disasters. It is a long-lived Pokemon that has a life span of 100 years.
