After walking through the desert, one looks up and sees something green ahead. It looks like trees. Is that right, or is it an illusion? Coming closer to the sight, it is not disappearing. It's real. There ARE trees (Shade!!!) and even a lake (Water!!!). Under the trees, there are a few tents. Someone walks around one of the tents, wearing a red cross on his shirt. Obviously, this is a hospital. They can help you with what you need.
Just one warning: Don't drink the lake water. The hospital has to filter it and clean it before it is drinkable.
