I love sushi, nigiri and such...But.
Unagi-don is the best thing ever.
It's an explosion of taste in your mouth !
( That is if you can get past the "eel" factor )
But in line of Sushi.
Ebi Nigiri is my favorite.

the first time i had eel as part of a sushi/sashimi platter, i couldn't stand it. i didn't like the texture. it was.... odd.
but after you have it a couple times, it gets better. i wouldn't say it's my most favoritest food evar !! eleventy, but it's not bad.
now /octopus/ on the other hand... vile, rubbery, tasteless crap. : x x x x x x x x x x x x x x
... now i want some sushi. maybe hubby and i can dart in somewhere and get just a little bit....... >.>

Rhxys Sushi has a rare taste found nowhere else but in itself. If you get what i mean I get what you mean... You know at first you think "Ewww! It's raw fish!" But after you taste it, it has this unique taste about it... Which is why sushi is so special. ^_^ But understand what you are trying to say. <3
