Oh, how could I have forgotten about Chrono Crusade?!
I like both the manga and anime, but I feel that the manga is a little bit more satisfying than the manga.
Oh, and Azumanga Daioh and Yotsuba&! xDD

I have quite a few favorites, which frequently switch around depending on what I'm reading or the mood I'm in. A few constants:

Hikaru no Go
There's a lot more shojo on there than I had originally thought... I really do love reading shonen (especially SJ titles). ^^;
