 Life was a basket of fruit; you never knew what kind you were going to get. Or something. Riley wasn't really the type to try and figure that kind of thing out. She was more likely to just plunge her head in and bite at whatever was in range of her teeth. Methaphors, life lessons? They were grand and all that. But Riley would much rather experience life then talk about it.
A stretch of unfamiliar plains reached out before her. Did she care? Hell no. Without any idea of where she was going she was off towards an unknown finish line, racing with the sky and the land itself. She thundered through the see of green, kicking up sprays of dirt and weed as she went. Nothing was going to stop her now!

 A purple speck was een on the far part of the feild.She had been looking aroundfor a while.She listeing as she see and bush of dirt.She blinked.Watchin it Niele took off after it slowly.She wondered what it was.Another soquili or what?She didnt know.She couldnt help it.She needed to find out what it could of been.She raced after it.

An eagle glided over the spirted unicorn, keeping an eye on things. With her sharp sight she was able to spot someone coming up behind them. Hmm? It appeared to be another equine, by the look of things. She dipped her wings, gliding down to flap just above Riley's white mane ripping through the wind. "We've got some company," she informed her before taking an updraft back into the skies higher above.
"'Eh?" Riley twisted her head, coming to a jerking, stumbling hault. She ducked her head slightly, twisting it look along her flank, ears pulled forward curiously. Her green eyes were sharp and skeptical as her mane settled in a mess across her face and neck. She let out a breath through her nose and waited. She could see a purple shape in the distance...who in the world could that be? She certainly hadn't been expecting anyone.

Niele slid to a stop.She looked around and seen a tanih mare.She watched the speck."Hm...."Niele walked forward with her head down.She looked at it still.She watched the eagle to.She had wondered if the eagle had said something to the mare that she was here.She just wondered what was running fast like that.

With an impatient flick of her tail Riley snorted, lifting her front hooves sharping and turning around. Then with rigid, purposeful steps she trotted towards the purple figure. As she drew near she could tell it was a mare...even if she did have strange coloration! "Oi!" she called, "Whachya follow'n me for?" Apparently she wasn't the type to beat around the bush. Though she was blunt, her tone wasn't accusing...it was more curious then anything else. Assertively curious, anyway.

"Don't get your hair in a knot," Riley snorted, rolling her eyes. Her ears flicked thoughtfully to the side for a second before returning acutely to face forward. "Nothing wrong with be'n curious! What are you sorry for?" She shook her head, tossing her head with subconscious show of confidence. A wide grin, more like a fox then an equine, formed on her muzzle, "The names Riley! What's yours, mm?"

"Ooooo.....Ok....My name is Niele!"Niele blinked a Her.She then said.Its nice to meet you Riley."Niele walked forward.She shook still but she was calming down.She kept walking towards her.

"Well, Niele," Riley began, as if testing the other mare's name on the tip of her tongue, before rapidly caring on with a burst of pride, "That dust could you saw was me! Fast, aren't I? Nothing better then a good run, let me tell ya!" She smirked, seeing full to the brim with spunky energy. It was usually a pretty infectious atmosphere she brought. Maybe it'd be enough to relax this seeminly nervous mare. Not that Riley really noticed she was nervous...she usually acted the same around everyone, regardless of their temperment or mood.

"Course it did! When ya see someth'n moving like lightning you gotta wonder what it is! It's completely natural, isn't it?" She shorted as she shook her head, before flicking her eyes to the side in a moments thought. But it seemed nothing could stop her for more then a few seconds, even her own musings, "And I told ya, nothing to be sorry for. Right?" She grinned, green eyes sparkling with a bit of a spirited flare.
