Cubia! The Mother F***ING ANTI-EXISTANCE WAS A PAIN IN THE FOREST, of pain. Hate the thing. But if you mean Avatar Avatar, Probely Fidchell. I had no problems with Ovan.

easiest was the azure flame god in volume 1 it was even easier than any aida in the game

I just couldn't data drain Azure Flame God. Just how he shot the fireballs.

None were hard for me, but if we are talking annoying then I have to say any of the AIDA in the third game. They wouldn't die.
Each avatar was easy. Cubia was friggen easy, even with Chaos Gehenna. All people just need to do was slash or blast.
Ovan had tenacity, mainly his second form. Fidchell is next to Ovan because of his Will of the Gods. After that its Macha then Magus.

Mine was the AIDA that looked like the spider. little s*** drove me insane. I never actually played it myself my buddy had to beat it for me.

none gave me any trouble although cubia beta gave me a tough time,with chaos gehenna

i haven't beaten the vol 3 redemption yet but i think aida was the hardest, I almost died when i beat him. now avatar on avatar i think fidchel was the hardest.
