How can I lose RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome) without taking drugs? (medicines & such)
Is this my body type, or am I actually losing energy/sleep: I always go to sleep very late (2 or 3 am.... Sometimes later >.>)... Has my body accustomed to it, pretend to get accustomed to it, or am I losing energy altogether?
I hope somebody could answer these.....
well,being as I have turrets that I can't go to sleep any earlier then 2 or else I get very depressed,and my body has become very used to it,and I feel as if there is the same amount of enegy so just make sure your getting alot of sugars (healthy kind lol) and be active in the day so that way it will tire you out sooner and then you can fight your body to sleep earlier if you wish to,and for the Rls just try and fight it,turrets makes me twitch alot but I just focuse on something very intresting that I injoy and fight it,it works for me.So I hope this helps some I would check ok wikipedia though
