Rain Curl did not mind that at first, actually she was all smiles at Zei when he first came. But his attitude was frustrating, she had lost her smile quickly after dealing with him for the past few days. She never expected to ever feel so angry, actually she never expected to feel anger at all. But that stallion wasn't the greatest to be around, she hoped not all stallions were like that but then she had never met any other stallion before.
The mare walked slowly through the grass, not having a set destination. She had no idea where she was going, she just continued on her way as her thoughts overpowered her. Perhaps she should of said those things to Zei, oh how she wanted to but truly it was against her whole character to do something like that. So she had kept quiet before finally leaving, a day to herself. She finally stopped, laying down in the grass.

 The sun was at its pike in the sky and Spotty walked around in the tall grass of the meadow. Feeling the rays of the sun burning down on him, the stallion decided to find a tree to sit under. It wasn't as if Spotty didn't like the sun, for he did, but he found that the sun could easily redden his white body. This caused the spotted stallion a few days of pain and laughter from the other horses.
When he finally reached the shade of a large tree, Spotty took a look around the meadow. From what he could see, the place was quite barren. Which wasn't what Spotty wanted, he was feeling restless today and could go for a game or two. Spotty only had one sister, Dotty Paws, and he had only seen her pnce when they were younger; his friends were few in number as well. It was things like this that made him wish he had an annoying younger sibling....

She had laid her head on the grass when her ears twitched. She rose her head quickly, her light purple eyes scanning the area. She blinked slowly, sighing then. Of course, the one day she did not want to deal with another stallion was a day when of course she had to see a stallion. Well seeing was different than conversing but it would be rude if she just abruptly left without saying hello.
Rain Curl lifted herself up to the legs, she began to head over to the other. This one didn't seem so bad from just observing him but then you never know. They could act nicely at first but that could just be an act and then their true colours came out, like that stallion back at the teepee. She stopped about 10 feet away from the large tree he was under.
"Hello." She gave a small, soft smile.

The shade of the tree was relaxing and Spotty found himself getting lost in thought. Though he was soon brought back to the meadow by the sound of hooves. Spotty watched as a nearby mare got up and walked towards him. This was a bit of a surprise, as the stallion hadn't expected anyone to come up to him. But this mare looked nice and Spotty was always more than willing to meet other horses. "Hello," he said returning her greeting with a smile, "I'm Spotty Paws, but you can just call me Spotty."
Though, the stallion did notice that the mare seemed to be standing a good 10 feet away from him. This didn't bother Spotty, he knew that sometimes it was wise to be cautious of other horses.

She was taken aback. She hadn't expected him to be so friendly, right away he introduced himself to her. She blinked, smiling softly at him. It was only right to smile back at another when they smiled at you. "Rain Curl." She replied, "It is nice to meet you Spotty."
She found it a little amusing that he had two names also, but then he only went by one name. She went by two. But then she couldn't imagine going by just Rain or Curl, it'd be too weird for her. "What brings you here?" She was a little curious. True a place like this may bring other horses but then she supposed she never expected to see another here.

Spotty listened to the mare introduce herself and smiled. Her name made perfect sense considering the bright pattern on her side. Rain Curl had seemed a little shy at first, but the stallion knew first impressions weren't a good way to judge others. "It's nice to meet you too," he said with a small flick of his brightly colored tail.
"Well, I was bored by myself and I thought this might be a nice place to find some company," Spotty answered the mare, "But it seems that there really aren't that many others here..."
It was nice to have an intelligent conversation once in a while. Spotty often found that he disliked being left in the solitude of his own mind. "What about you? Are you just hanging out or did you come here for a reason?"

She smiled at him, a little happy that he thought it was nice to meet her. She still was wary of him, but he did seem generally nice. "No, I have not seen many others here either. I like it this way, it is a nice place to gather one's thoughts and just be alone to think." Rain Curl eyed the surroundings as she said that. Yes, the quiet and calm was nice.
"I didn't have a set destination when I left my two-legger this morning. I wanted to get away and have a day by myself, to think mostly. But having company is nice." She smiled at him again, hoping that she did not upset him by her words. Even if she was wary of Spotty, she did not want to hurt his feelings just because she was feeling a little irritated. Not all stallions were awful, she knew that deep down.
