Sugarberry was laying on the sand, looking the sea, she was dreaming of her meeting with a dolphin. The weather was great, sun, without a cloud. She didn't see anything arround her right now, she was always like that when she was lost in her mind.

Spotty trotted around in the meadow's tall grass. The sun cast its rays down and everything seemed to be alive. But the stallion was alone in the meadow and quickly bored of this. So he decided to set off towards the sea. There would surely be someone there on a sunny day like today.
Luckily, the beach wasn't too far from where Spotty was. And in a matter of minutes the spotty stallion found himself at the edge of where the grass became sand.

Sugar was still looking the sea, but now there was a dolphin showing his face throught the water, it was the same she met already. So she stood up on her leg and started walking in the water.

Gazing out onto the beach, Spotty could see that there weren't many other horses there. Plus, most of them just sat on the warm dry sand and didn't even bother to get in the water. This isn't what Spotty planned to do, for he loved the water and would surely go for a swim.
Nearing the water's edge the stallion could see that a red-haired mare was the only one in the water. She seemed to be near a dolphin, which was the first time Spotty had ever seen a real one. After a minute, Spotty realised that he was still standing on the very hot sand and slowly started to put his hooves in the cold water.

The mare finally come back in the real world and realised there was a stallion in the water too. The dolphin was afraid and went back in the water. Sugar was a little sad he already left. Then she turned towards the spotted stallion.
"Hello".

Spotty took a few more steps forward in the water as the mare seemed to notice him. Now that he was closer, Spotty could see that the mare had strawberries running along the length of her body, he had never seen that kind of pattern before.
"Hello," he greeted her with a smile, "I'm Spotty Paws, Spotty for short."

She smiled, his name suited him, because she could see that he had color spots everywhere on him.
"My name is Sugarberry, Sugar for short" she laughed amusing. "Nice to meet you"

'Sugarberry', the stallion repeated to himself. The name was perfect for the berry covered mare. "It's nice to meet you as well, Sugar." Spotty spoke back. As the sun continued to shine down, Spotty could start to feel the heat from its rays again. So he flicked his long tail out of the water, splashing himself in the process. "The water sure feels nice today."

She smiled, switching her tail in the water too. She sent some water on Spotty's back, he seemed to want it. "You like the sea Spotty ?" she said taking a deep breath of the salty air.

The water felt refreshing when it hit Spotty's warm coat. "Yes, I love the ocean," Spotty replied, flicking his tail so the water would splash the mare. The stallion had always taken a certain liking to water. When he was little Spotty found that he loved to swim, even thought he wasn't all that great at it. But there was something about the ocean, nothing else could compare to it.
"What about you Sugar?" the spotted stallion questioned, "Well, you must like the ocean or else you wouln't come here."

Sugar smiled when water splashed on her, he liked to playn, good. "Yeh i love sea, i come here often, my dream was to see a dolphin. And one day i met one, the one you probably saw when you arrived. He was shy so he didn't come often near the sand." she sat down a little in the water to be all wet. It was not really deep.

"I had never seen a dolphin before," Spotty said, "I've heard others say that there are even Soquili that live in the water like the dolphins." He had never seen a horse like this, but thought it would be interesting.
With all this talk of the ocean, Spotty started to get excited. "Would you like to play a game? We could play something like tag, either on the beach or in the water," the stallion asked, feeling restless.

Sugar was surprised. "Really, there is soquili like that ? I never heard about that, it must be great to live with the dolphin." she stood up without realising because of the shock.
"Yeh would be great to play, in the sand and in the water" then she tagged him and ran away.
"You're the bad one" she winked and went on the sand quickly.

"It would be meat to live in the water...."Spotty thought while his mind drifted. But the stallion was suddenly brought back to the beach. He was surprised when Sugar tagged him suddenly and ran away. "Hey! Sugar!" Spotty called as he began to run after the mare.
The water splashed all around Spotty until his hooves hit the warm dry sand. The sand wasn't that easy to run on, but the rainbow stallion loved a challenge. When he finally got within a few feet of Sugar, Spotty flicked his braided tail and tagged her back.
"Gotcha!"
