Mizuki shuffled papers around her desk, wondering what to do first as the new Mizukage. She looked at the book of active ninjas in the village and frowned to see that there were barely any. She needed more ninjas to defend the village and more importantly to help her in her plans to make Kiri a better and stronger nation. She sighed as she realized any plans of hers were a long way off from her even being able to consider them. She put the book of active shinobi down and picked up the book of allies. Again she frowned to see that she had very few alliances as well. At least I won't have the time to be bored...she thought and picked up some paperwork and began to fill it out.

Mandra walked up to the back of the building and jumped up a few stories and sat on the window-seal of the Mizukage's office window. He rapped on the window a few times to hopefully get her attention. No answer. He rapped a few more times. Still, no answer. He looked in the window only to realize the Mizukage wasn't even in. "Dammit!" He said aloud and banged his fist on the window and accidentally broke it. "Oops. Oh well, not my problem." he said in a whisper and disappeared in a burst of wind and leaves yet again.
