Bio:Mizuki was always an isolated person as a child, but she still had the dream to protect her village. Ahe has this dream because only a few years before her village was attacked by the akatsuki and she has wanted to become a top ninja and defeat the akatsuki once and for all.

Her parents died of some wierd disease or another when she was younger(they never really did tell her why).She thought nothing of it though, she never did miss not having parents, in fact she kind of liked being alone most of the time. Which is why it was such a shock to many villagers that she was chosen to be the Mizukage.

Mizuki has also always been very violent and loves fighting for fun sometimes.

Despite all of the this she has become the Mizukage because she wants to protect her home from certain forces she is commited to taking down.

Bio: He is the last of the Kaguya Clan (right?). After the rest of his clin was wiped out, he began jouneying. he came to Konoha, and trained there, hiding his original clan. he rose in the ranks quickly, and went through the tournaments, to become a jonin. he loved it. to fight. Unfortunately, Konoha fell to the akatsuki, and he left. he hid for a long time, and upon coming out, found that the world had changed a bit. He heard of the Resistance, and of the other 2 factions, but he wasn't sure which to join. he decided to choose none for now.

He was, however, training during his hiding. He honed his Taijutsu abilities, and his Ninjutsu abilities. he didn't like to use Genjutsu, but had a few, just in case. He learned to use his Kekei Genkai very well, though he still wasn't a master. during this time, he learned a few summoning jutsus, as well as others. His loyal Wolf friend, Damon, was always with him, and, for some reason, it could talk, and had a human intelligence.

Kaguya Clan:

Shikotsumyaku literally ("Dead Bone Pulse")2 is the kekkei genkai of the extinct Kaguya clan, which gave them the frightening ability to manipulate their own skeletal structure. They had free control over the cells responsible for bone growth and replacement, allowing them to manipulate their bones at will. They could protrude their bones out through their skin, change their bone density, and could even completely regenerate a lost bone. All this makes their bodies virtually indestructible, and any point of contact on the body could become as sharp as a spear tip, giving them a nearly perfect defense. The Kaguya clan utilizes this ability in their many sword dances, named after flowers or plants, usually creating a variety of bone weapons that were used in conjunction with powerful and graceful taijutsu movements. The ability seems to be rare amongst the clan members

Nightmare Gate (A Rank)- Summons forth a gate of darkness. the gate opens, and tendrils of black reach out and entangle enemy, and forces them to live out their worst nightmares. 1 second inside seems an hour. If contact lasts too long, body dies from fear.
Shadow Chains (B Rank)- this jutsu ties the victem up with black chains, wreathed in fire, and with barbs on them, that cut into the target. difficult to break.

Gates of Death (S rank)- This jutsu summons forth a black gate. As it opens, the cries of the souls of the Damned wail forth, and Faces of the dead can be seen wailing and screaming in horror and agony inside, and the sky turns black. Smoke issues forth, and black tendrils reach forth from the gateway, and those they touch get wrapped up, and after the tip touches the skull, the whole skeleton is ripped from the body, and drawn into the gate.
