...When Robin finally screams out that she wants to live (a-ep. 27 cool . It's such wonderfully sad and happy scene.
Luffy goes "SAY YOU WANT TO LIVE!!!!", at which she remembers every time someone said she didn't deserve/couldn't be allowed to live, and she thinks she really wasn't allowed to wish for living.
And my favourite part of that scene:
Robin (thinking): But.... If I'm really allowed to express my wish...then....
Robin (screaming/crying): I WANT TO LIVE!!!! TAKE ME OUT TO SEA WITH YOU!!!
I've cried happy tears just like Franky did (just after Robin cries out) all 438 times i've watched the Robin's history episodes (a-ep. 274-27 cool .

Daaaaang. That's a LOT of times to watch an episode. X_X
The best scene for me was probably Luffy standing after Arlong Park fell shouting, "NAMI!!! You're my nakama!!" to Nami. ^^
Or whenever Merry burned. DX Very sad, but so emotional!! Waa!

i have lots of favorite scenes and one of the many is when luffy is so goofy, even during a battle! XD
sad parts that i love are when robin cried out that she wanted to live, when Merry was burning at sea, and when usopp was yelling at luffy, begging for forgiveness... just wow...

I'm sorry to say my favorite scenes aren't all that dramatic for the most part.
My all-time top scene would be during the Alabasta arc when Zoro's up in the bell tower and Sanji's down below him. The convo goes something like this:
Zoro: Oi! Why are you all down there?
Sanji: I SHOULD BE THE ONE ASKING YOU THAT!! What are you doing up there??
Zoro: I dunno! The Marines kept telling me to 'Go north! Go north!' so I went up this building!
Sanji: NORTH AND UP ARE NOT THE SAME!!!
I also loved the Davy Back fight when Luffy put on the afro and all the men supported it's power XD
Then there's the scene when Luffy randomly pulls the octopus out of his pants and the crew goes silent. I had to pause the anime for that because I was laughing so hard I was crying.
I'm dying to see Thriller Bark fully animated. There's been so many scenes in the manga that I love in that arc as well...like Sanji's quest overall to save Nami.
If I were to take the sappy route, I'd have to say Usopp and Luffy's big fight. When I first read it in the manga, I had to stop because I started crying. The anime did a great job with it. And then the scene right after where Zoro pretty much uses his power as a friend and first mate to keep the crew strong together...

My favorite scene? The ONE HIT KO Luffy performs on Bellamy XD It looked SO PAINFUL and Luffy played it all cool razz

I have several favorites. There were so many its was rather difficult to choose and I'm certain there will be more in the future.
1) Towards the finale of the Alabasta Arc. Zoro's duel with Das Bones aka Mr. 1. Seeing Zoro and his development to being an even stronger swordsman. On the brink of death he stood up to use the katana Wadou Inchimonji - Path to Harmony (Can't remember if its the exact translation) to cut Mr. 1's steel body for the victory.
2) Same Arc, Luffy's last battle with Crocodile. For the sake of his nakama he fought one of the World Government's Shichibukai and surpasses him with a final blow called "Gomu Gomu no Storm". An added dramatic battle score (music) made the scene more powerful as Luffy sent Crocodile through hard bedrock and up high in the sky. The end of the episode showed Luffy laying on the ground where the sunlight shined through the hole he made. King Cobra dragged himself over to check on him. With his kind words "Thank you" Luffy with a big smile as always replies with "No Problem".
3) The Post-Enies Lobby Arc, the crew acquired their new ship Thousand Sunny and are trying to convince Franky to be their new nakama. Franky's lower attire was stolen and he was baited back to the ship. When Franky said he was going to stay Robin pulled out her Devil Fruit powers and make him submit (its the appropriate way to tell it but anyone who has been up to speed in the anime knows what i'm talking about xd )
