Daven Foley is owner of the Diamond Ring and notorius drug lord.
The Diamond Ring is a well known night club filled with fun times and great beats, and a beautiful crowd.
Daven drives a blue Subaru WRX-STI and is always dressed for the occaision. Daven keeps a set of Colt 45.s with him at all times.

Clark "Larka" Benits:

Often going by the nickname Larka, Clark is a former police officer who was "discharged from duties" after a few too many incidents with his temper and fellow law enforcement officials. Having a trio of trusted vehicles, Larka drives a 2006 Mini Coup, El Camino SS (Charger up grades), and a 1997 BMW Convertable soft-top. He wields just about which ever fire-arm he sees fit for the time but usually uses his "Luci" pistol. A customized 45 with a semi-auto/automatic feature, basically a Glock 18 feature. He also loves his insurance policy.... Gieko sucks.

Okami Ameras
An unusual person, always wearing red. Many come after her, but none ever get far.... She usually has a pair of automatic pistols with silences on her, and for close combat, a pair of silk-steel battle fans are hidden in her clothing. She prefers cloaks to most jackets on the market. Her favorite one is red with red fur lining, (Which is also lined with spider silk to keep bullets out). She usually rides a red, custom made motorbike, which can go from 1 to 100 MPH in 10 seconds.

Former member of the Special Operations Task Force and leader of the Splinter Cell Unit. Was discharged after being "KIA" then found his way to working in the underbelly of the world. Loves to use a trusted Raptor .45 and his even more trusted short barrel Winchester Lever-Action Riffle.

Rayden is an ex special forces agent. He served in the military for 10 years then was discharged with the rest of his team, it was never released as to why they were suddenly discharged. He travels from place to place looking for work. Rayden dyed his hair blood red after he returned from service and keeps it that way, so he will never forget all of the blood he had shed.

Fond of animals and not afraid of some manual labor, Paddy is the pastor at the St. Francis Church 5 doors down from the Diamond Ring. He has had high hopes for Daven since performing his baptism and frequently "checks up" on him at the Diamond Ring.
