I have watched the trailers for CSI:Las Vegas, and I have searched and read all the information that is on line about whether or not Sara will live or die, and I have come to the conclusion that she will live, but she will leave the show in about two or three episodes. That her relationship with Grissom will fizzle out. Not from Grissoms end, but hers.
The show can that way make both sides of GSR happy.
1: Sara doesn't die. That way the ones who want her alive are happy.
2: Sara leaves the show after a couple of episodes. That way the ones who want her gone, and away from Grissom, are happy.
Then William Peterson can leave the show at the end of season 8 like he wants to.

To me it does not make a difference unless the series shows are interesting and the plot for each case holds it own mystery.

I think that if they both leave, the show will die... no one can replace grissom.... nick only took the job cause of grissom, so if they left, nick would leave, then warrik... and so on.. then the show would be over.... X(
