Wasn't the guy Jet saw when he was a kid when his town was all burning Colonel Mongke, of the Rough Rhinos. They have the same nose ring. In fact, I think that was him. Yeah, Colonel Mongke. 3nodding

I think so. I have seen a pic of the new villian and I remembered the face from the flashback Jet had.
I don't think he was a Rough Rhino though otherwise he's been taken him down several times already. But I can't remember what the Rough Rhino members look like too well.

nope...actually its a new villain called combustion or something like that, his mentioned in the magazine, you can tell the difference by the mark on the head

Yep, it's a new villain rather than an old one. As Kire has pointed out they stated this villain in the magazine. 3nodding Though, I suppose "new" could be relative and it could be one of the Rough Rhinos getting more screen time and becoming the "new" bad guy for season three.
