Religion i believe is a sense of protection from the harsh reality that man itself is to intellgent for its own power of will and as looked past that for a higher being to explain the world around him... Religious people would say a god made us, the world around us and have set laws past of us to follow and then when we die.. spiritualy something will happen. Thus christianty supports mainly what i have just said to be true. but that is only the top religion for further knowledge about religions check out my journals on my profile.. Also i would like to know if you believe in a religion does music play a part into what ur beliefs? religiously? I would like to hear what u have to say about this topic...

Religion is a competition... but, there is one belief that is not religion and that's what is the truth
I believe Christianity is the truth... also, in my case it's not reffered to as religion, it's actually "A Relationship with Jesus Christ"
But, I am a VERY bad Christian! lmao...
I'd probably go to Hell if I died tonight =[

unfortuantly i expect nothing in hell for once u die i believe nothing will happen, no afterlife or ext. you will just fade away as a mere memory.... the image of a hell is to further the enforcement of supposedly "a bad persons demise" and the image of a "good person" will go to a better place such as heaven. it is all basically to form execptable religious person if u have faith u will do the "right thing" tsk tsk tsk... religious ppl are hopeless

o_O Bit of a weird thread for a metal guild but none the less I'll toss out my ideas.
Religion usually only coincides with metal in the form of Christians and Catholics and etc. calling it evil and such.
Well in my opinion thats bullshit, if somebody else wants to believe they're evil because they listen to metal and s**t thats them.
I don't give a ******** who you are and what you listen to, it doesn't affect your own ideas and beliefs and if it does, thats just plain retarded because the situation then has control over you, not you controlling the situation.
We all have our opinions on religion, I've already stated my stand. I don't exactly take to one religion, but I believe in Christ and in my own opinion that's all that counts. I've entrusted my heartto him and I wouldn't have it any other way. If it weren't for him I wouldn't be shredding it up today.
I don't find myself to be hopeless. I'll live my life to the fullest in what I consider to be good terms. Life is all about choices, only you can view your choice as the "right" or "wrong" one.
