Among this subforum, there are several main topics – the General Discussion, the Main Art thread, the Contest Area, General Writing and Idea Threads. Below is a basic summary for each. Please keep in mind that all these threads are strictly OOC (out of character). All RPing should be carried out in the main subforum.

The General Discussion (GD) is just what it sounds like – a place designated for random conversation. This specific thread has no inclinations to any one topic and is all inclusive. The GD can be silly or serious, heated or light. Discussions may range anywhere from preferable brands of toilet paper to politics. However, if discussions get serious, we ask that you not try to impose your opinions upon others. This is a place for discussion, not conversion. While here, all guild and Gaia rules apply.

The Main Art Thread (MAT) is for miscellaneous art. Although we prefer that you post your own art, it is fine to post works by others, as long as you credit them. The MAT is for artists who do not wish to create their own thread and would rather post just a couple pictures every now and then rather than have a thread dedicated solely to their art.

The Contest Area (CA) is a place where we will hold guild-wide contests, whether they are for art, writing, or something else all together. Prizes may vary from gold to art, or both.

The General Writing Thread (GWT) is much like the MAT – a place for guild members to display their non-RP writing without having to create their own separate threads, although separate threads are allowed.

The Idea Thread (IT) is a place to discuss ideas – whether for an RP, some other writing, art, or something else, it does not matter. It is much like the GD, except that the IT is focused more on gathering opinions and ideas rather than simply talking.
