Society.
Isn't it so perfect?
No flaws.
No mistakes.
Happiness.
Prosperity
Tranquility.
Or so it seems.
In the year 2007, a mistargeted atomic bomb landed off the shores of New York, New York. The blast caused by the explosion trembled the Southern coast of the large island tremendously, a cloud of radiation sweeping over thousands of miles of populated land. Unfortunately, nearly all died in the presumed accident - most being of New York's residences. Ten years later, after the ashes of rot and debris had been cleansed away and New York was reconstructed - memories of that tragic day were locked away into the minds of those whom lived through it. The government would rather have that particular day forgotten, and thus somehow managed a law against speaking about it in nearly all of the United States. However, that particular "incident in which was to not be spoken about" took form of a human body - many in fact, all in whom still thrived.
A heavy group of New York children had survived the bomb's impact. Despite all lost (including their memories from the day of the incident and before), they had found each other among the rubble and formed what is known as 'A Gang'. Despite all wary differences between each individual, a link between the group of children had developed - and all were bonded in some way. That way was actually their psychic powers - developed due to the radiation caused from the bomb cloud. Now, in the year 2023, that same group of children -once childhood friends-, older (teenage years), wiser and blinded of their lives before the bomb hit, are thriving upon the stupidity of New York's society - still part of a rebellious gang, ignored by the public for their unusual powers and dangerously wanted by all authority. However, despite how tough the streets are, each member of the psychic-powered gang know they're not alone in the battle for recognition.
Time for some angsty, violent, run-from-cop, dramatized, sexalicious gangster action!
Another Note: This role play idea was made by Neko Pawz. She had told me if I ever wanted to use it again I could.
