But I'll get over it. But I think I have gential warts, I don't know how though if my boyfriend and I were both virgins. But I was wondering if one day when we have sex again, is it safe for him to go "down on me" and start licking. Will he catch anything? sweatdrop

It's not safe. If you want him to give you oral sex and you do have genital warts, I suggest a dental dam which is basically a barrier between your v****a and his mouth. The easiest way to do this is to get a condom (flavoured maybe, but not lubricated) and cut a square out of it to make the dam.
BUT. If you have genital warts, or think you have genital warts you need to go see a doctor. First of all, they can confirm that you do or don't. Some women are prong to pimples and boils which some people confuse with warts. If you do have warts, they will give you some medication to help get them under control.
