The rules may need a little tweaking, but give me your feedback and suggestions to what you think so far. I'm hoping to start it by Oct. 1st!

Well there are two conflicts with that. Since it's a new feature, I'm not sure how many people are going to join. I'm wanting at least 10 people to join. After the 10 people join, voting will start. Since it's a new feature (again) I'm not sure how many people will vote in what length of time. So I'm not really sure yet. Since it will be a regular thing, I'm hoping it will be more easy to tell in the future. =)
