Players: Silverglow and Trooblu Where: The shore of the northern end of the grape soda river What It's about: Silverglow lands at the side to get a quick drink, noticing a young pup with beautiful wings. Silver decides Troo would make a great "adopted" sister  Silverglow was up and out a little early. Her trend recently had been to wake up in the late afternoon and stay up all night. She found this better as she found it troublesome to even bother trying to go to bed early. Her owner's other numa next door was always making lots of raucous.
She was stretching and walking about getting her wings ready for flying. Her mouth felt a bit parched. Nothing a quick sip of grape soda couldn't cure. She bent down, enjoying the feel of the slightly warmed paper thin candy grass under her legs. Bending forward to sip right from the river itself. Silver saw a beautiful blue numa with the most lovely wings out the partings of her hair which hung at the moment blocking most of her peripheral vision.

Trooblu trotted along following the Grape Soda River. It was so purple, bubbly and shiny it just intrigued her to keep following it. She occasionally would pounce near it, hoping to bluff the river into swaying but never quite succeeded. But still her eyes twinkled with excitement. She decided, 'One more pounce wouldn't hurt now would it?'
So she pounced and SPLASH! She fell in headfirst into the river!

Silver was sipping soda from the river when she almost thought she saw the oddest sight of a numa pup flailing in the river. She thought maybe she was seeing things because of being awake so early in the morning. After a double take, she stood up. Her mind was spinning with lots of "oh my goodness" and "what do I do?" However, after calming down, she knew there was only ONE thing to do.
Silverglow gave a leap into the air stretching her wings fully catching the wind, and she lowered herself just above the pup, wrapping her paws around the little paws. "On the count of three, I'm going to pull you up. Then you'll have to hang onto me." She was doing her best to move at the same rate as the river as to not lose this one. One thing she never wanted to see in candyland was a numa pup drown in the river.

Trooblu eyes were shut tight as she fell into the water and she flailed about under the river until she surfaced and took a huge breath of air while opening her eyes. This was horrible and her paws flailed about in the air for a few seconds when suddenly a blue blue came before her eyes and suddenly she felt something holding her paw.
She couldn't hear much but was desperate to get out of the river and held on for her life.

Silver pulled her out quickly. Once she had a solid grasp on her, she carried her in her arms. She held her close; close like a mom or an older sister. She flew as fast as she could back to her own cottage. She laid her on the ground behind the house for a moment. She checked her out to see if she had to press her to get water out.
When she seemed like she was ok, but maybe overwhelmed from the ordeal, Silver took her into the house. She carried her with the pup's head on her shoulder back to her room.
Once in her room, it was painted a faint blue with stars all over the place; Silver made her way to a very pretty and feminine bed. It was round with silky blankets, and it had a sheer canopy all around. The canopy was held together at the top with a giant plush star that hung from the ceiling. She wrapped the pup in a blanket.
Finally feeling like she had done all she could, she laid on the end of the bed in a semi circle. She'd keep watch while the little one slept. She hoped it would wake up... She prayed in her heart to the swan goddess that little pup would wake up.

Trooblu was out cold once she felt herself being carried. She probably fainted from shock or perhaps just a nervous breakdown. Everything just went black.
But soon she began to stir. Her eyelids fluttered and she took a deep breath.
