Raum had fallin alseep on the other side of the tree while Seirra was laying down with the 2 baskets that held their foals on the other side. he had gone on the other side to keep the sun from beating down on his eyes. having been edgy since the foals had been born so he had been not sleeping much. gruntign in his sleep, little did he know he was going to be awoken to a surpise.
the colt within the basket noticed the odd thing he was trapped in though it was oh so compfy that he didnt want to leave it, that it had become horribly cramped. shifting about in the basket he caused the basket to wiggle about as he tryed to get compfertable again in the basket but it seemed that just wasnt happening anymore. giving a small grunt it was about time to come out of the basket but he wasnt about to come out juuuuuuuust yet.

Sierra yawned softly as she felt the baskets move against her side, the little ones has become so playful lately and she knew it wouldnt be long before the foals where up and out. Little did she know how soon it would be. Sleepily she watched them through half lidded eyes, waryness wearing down on her as they slowly closed again.
Pop went the lid and sunlight streamed down upon him in dappled rays as the leaves moved over hear. Curious ears flicked back then forwards and wide eyes looked out at the world from behind is reed prison.
Excitement boiled over him and with a wild bleet of glee he tumbled out of his basket and onto Sierra's side. Silly legs! Why didnt they work?
Sierra opened her eyes with a startled snort as the heavy warm thing hit against her side, she was half way to her hooves before she realised it was their son. "RAUM!"

Raum gave a loud snort and he was awoken from Sierra calling his name. " huh? whats going on?!" scrambbling to his feet, he went stright over to sierra wondering what in the world was going on. catchign sight of one of the foals out of their baskets his eyes grew wide with shock. " Sierra....."
the colt now wondered what was going on where he heard the all too familier voice start calling to someone. all too curious now, he pushed on the lid and lifted it enough to now be peakign out of the basket with his chin rested on the rim of the basket. eyes blinkign liek mad at the bright light, he gave a fussy snort and went back inside the basket wcausign the lid to close back on the basket. no way did he like the bright light and he would be stubbern if he had to be out in the blinding light.
snickering as he saw the other foal peek out and go right back in, he glanced from Sierra, the colt and the basket with a stubbern foal inside.

Sierra sighed a bit as she nuzzled her nose against the small colt. "hey there little one... Finally chose to come out and show yourself huh?" she asked with a side glance at Raum. The mare couldnt stop smiling.
The colt whickered again and flicked his tail back and forth, he knew her by her voice and by the smell of her. The muskey scent of pine needles. He spun to look at the stallion whom was peering at him from around the tree. The colt gave another hearty whinney and raised back on his wobbly hind legs. Surprisingly enough his legs held firm and he reared back, front hooves pawing at the sky.
"Aww I see you there little one, come out come out." she brooded as she eyed the colt in the basket.

Raum grinned as he watched his son who was already out of his basket and couldnt help but be proud. moving closerto his son that was out, he gave a soft nudge when he had finaly came down from his little rear. " firey little guy aren't you." lookign over at Sierra he chuckled. " seems that one is stubbern about coming out just yet."
hearing the voice of his mother again, he peeked his head out again but this tie the lid slide off his head and to the ground. wrinkling his nose and blinking his eyes, it took a few moments to get ajusted to the light of the outside world. wrinkling his nose, he stared wide eyed at his mother from the basket that no longer had its protective lid.

Sierra watched her son as he carefully reared, his front paws streching towards the heavens. "Well now.. rearing before even walking... Is that a good sign?" she asked with a light chuckle as she looked over at Raum. "I think he looks like a Romulus. Strong willed." she said with a thoughtful expression as the foals hooves finally touched ground again.
Romulus grined at his parents and gave a small laugh. He couldnt stop beaming as he turned around and stared at his brother. With a quick trot on shaking legs he moved to the side of the basket and promptly shoved his head in side, only problem with this is that the basket was barely big enough for one foal.
Sierra grined at Raum. "He's your son..."

the colt snorted and flailed about as his brother shoved his head in side the basket.with all the flailign he caused the basket to tip over, causing him to fall right out of the basket. huffing at his brother, he glared at him for causign him to fall out. shakign his mane once he was layign down the correct way, he looked up at both his parents with a huffy expression.
Raum smirked and laughed at his two sons. " i have to agree with you there Sierra." almost laughign at what happened with the two boys, he still had a huge smirk. " i think the other seems like a Ramus for beign so stubbern and headstrong." nosing at the colt he named Ramus, he had that fatherly pride in havign two handsome sons. " besides i think its fittign they both should get somewhat simular names with how they are alike in apparence.

Sierra smiled at the foals and they where so very simmilar, they looked as if they could be twins. True there was suddle differences but she had a feeling deep down they where more akin than met the eye. Her curly tail flicked against the ground as she watched them all. "oh Raum... they are so handsome..." she said softly, motherly warmth running through her.
Romulus finally pulled his head out of the basket with a small squeek. His brother had quite heavy and moody too. The colt stuck his tongue out at his brother before nosing him. Seeminly he wanted his brother to get up and play. When his brother gave a huff with an expression of annoyance it only seemed to spurr the colt on further. He flicked his tail back and forth and finally reared up on his hind legs again, this time though he had a target. Aiming like a ram he angled his body downward and aimed to slam his forhead against his brothers.

Ramus grunted and wobbled dazzed as his brother slammed his forhead into his. shakign his head, he snorted and forced himself to his feet to get pay back. stubbernly he finaly got stable on his legs and he pawed the ground. launchign himself at his brother he aimed to headbutt him for doing what he did.
" indeed they are and seems they both are already spunky when they only just came out of their baskets." Raum watched both his sons start playing with a chuckle. standing next to Sierra, it seemed to him that she was happy to have two little boys running about. flickling his tail, he was conteint to stand here with Sierra and watch their boys run about.

Sierra chuckled alittle bit and smiled at Raum. "well I wouldnt say thats a bad thing, besides they will tire themselves out soon enough. Here's to hoping we can keep up with them Raum." she added with a toughtful expression, if fresh out of the baskets they where this full of engery they may very well be in trouble.
Romulus laughed as his brother finally started to show some intrest in play. His tail flicked side to side as he watched his brother closely. The blow knocked him to the ground but quick as a flash he was up again.

" that is true and im sure we can manage." Raum atlest hoped they could and being a new parent there was some worry about beign able to handle two sons who seemed be be very full of energy.
Ramus grinned as he knocked his brother over with his headbutt. he then decided to launch himself and flop right ontop of his brother for fun. if his brother wanted to play oh he would play alright.
Raum had to laugh as the two boys headbutted and flopped on one another in play. it reminded him of what him and Shiz would do when they had been foals " seems they having too much fun over there. i wonder what our parents will think of them."

Sierra laughed as the boys tussled in the grass, just out of the baskets and already so full of life. She couldnt help but smiled as she watched them, boys would be boys... and it was how she had played as a filly as well. Always the imaginative tom boy. She tilted her head lightly to the side as they played. "I'm sure our parents will accsept them. Besides...who would turn their backs on these two adorable colts?"
Romulu gave a small squeek as his brother bore down on him, with a thud his full weight was upon him. He squrimed and rolled trying to throw his brother off of him.

Ramus grunted and rolled off his brother as his brother squirmed to throw him off. grinning he nipped at his brother, having finaly found it was actualy nice beign out of that damn basket.
" hehe i sure hope so." Raum could only hope his parents wouldnt not flip out too bad or even his siblings for that matter. " so tell me what do you think of now having two little boys running?" he was a bit courious as to what she though of having such wild colts runnign about.
Ramus snorted and bounded away from his brother Romulus only to charge at his father. headbutting him in the chest, it caused his father to grunt and stared at him in shock.

SIerra looked over at Raum with a grin. "I think they are going to run us ragged, but we shall have fun in the mean time... the boys are going to have to learn to keep up with their mother." And at that moment she bent down and touched her nose to Ramus. "Tag little one. Try and catch me." She said with a laugh as she bounded away. Her strong hooves carried her weight easily over the ground, but she knew her children wouldnt be quite as graceful yet, so she mearly ran away a few feet and watched them.
Romulus grunted as his brother continued to lay on him. He nipped at his ear and tugged trying to make him move. The large one towered over them for a moment and her dark mane tickled his nose. She wanted to play too! He squirmed harder trying to get out from under his brother so they could all play together.

Ramus blinked at his mother as she touched her nose to his then took off. it seemed she wanted to play to. well if she wanted to play then he would bring on the play with his brother. nudging his brother with a playfuly grin, he then took off after his mother in a none gracfuly way once he let his brother free of his weight.
" i'm sure they will and being our sons they will learn."Raum laughed as Sierra tagged their son and took off to allow them to go chasing her. content to watch, he had stopped playing one he had been an adult. grinning, he was pleased with being with sieraa for now and having foals even if they where not mates.
