What do you guys think about aangs new hair? I think it's hot haha but it reminds me of an afro! xDD biggrin

That’s exactly what I thought it was when I first saw it!!!
Aang’s hair looks kind of funky right now, but it really does look rather nice after he puts on that head band to cover up the remaining blueness of his arrow. I think the compromise the gaang came up with to stylize an arrow onto a head band was rather neat. This way he can still wear his arrow proudly but no one will know it’s him.

When he covers his arrow he looks really nice, but when he doesn't the arrow throws the whole look off. Hmm. I guess I'll get use to it.

I didn't notice either!
I actually like his new hair. I love that the animators give us something new every once in a while. I'm always saying that one of my favourite things about Avatar is the progressive look of the characters. I think Aang having hair says a lot about what his character is becoming.
Plus, after watching the show and the extras about the voice actors, I'm loving how much Aang is starting to sort of look like his voice actor. Who knows, maybe the kid will get to play him in the live action, huh?

It looks fine with the bandana, but without it it looks a bit odd. I liked him better bald, but it's cute.

I'd say it's half anf half... some ppl like some don't.. i think it depends on whether you liked his arrow or not...

I like his new hairstyle. To be honest I thought it would look ugly on him, but by the time he placed on the headband, I really liked his new look. He should leave the headband more often.

But I wonder if you can stick pencils (or paintbrushes) in his hair without him noticing...
