It should not be a matter of 'liking' in this case. from what I understand people are not being treated well here, and that has been against the policies of this guild for FAR longer than some 'disclaimer' (which I have REMOVED btw,). I am not very happy with the state of things at the moment...

now I realize alot of that has been my fault, but that doesn't change the state of things.

In my defense... they weren't really able to handle the guilds sense of humour... so it was better for them to leave.

Meh, I made the changes based upon the thought we'd already had posted a similar disclaimer. You too have ranted at people for bringing up the VG cats strip, granted not to the same extent I react, but it has happened, also the latest rant was mostly in jest. In my opinion the person did overreact, and I did what I could to try and make up for it, but in the end it seems that the user did not truly want to join our guild. After my apology, the only response I got was a "Well the only reason I left was because the guild was public" My confused response as to what that would have to do with anything went unanswered.

I admit my response might have seemed overmuch, but it is not unlike several other posts I have made that warrented little to no response. Remember, we 'killed' Glein when he first joined the guild after supposedly cutting off his arm. Our guild is not for everyone, and although we try to be friendly, our concept of fun is skewed, the whole concept is founded on an EXTREMELY morbid sense of humor.

Geh I hate mixing personal things with politics, but I am bothered by my demotion, as the concept was my own brainchild. You are the one who maintains the guild and bought it originally, but J-E-N-O-V-A's Witnesses was my idea in the beginning, back before everyone and their cousin had realized what a fun play on words it was. Granted, being so scattered as I am, I was never able to bring it to my ideal, a full faux-religion complete with media and scriptures, but... in the wake of all the other things I've gone through recently it was quite a blow. And still I feel that I maintain a responsible postion on the crew, I post extensively and have several times posted complete lists of the roleplays and who was needed where in order to advance the plot. I am active when I have the time but more and more of late, I find there is no purpose in being active, as until you finally returned, the guild has been a veritible standstill. I think for that reason alone was the problem event so serious, on account of very very bored guildmates eager for some kind of interaction.

And theres some not-so-solid argument in my own defense. sweatdrop But then, when it comes to human interaction, I am an Epic and utter PHAIL.
