do you think these things exist?
do you think that two people can fall in love at first sight..
i think it happens for most people. perhaps it's not love at first,
but there definitely is a strong attraction that turns into love The snack that smiles back.

Depending on one's definition of love, it's certainly possible. By my own definition, however, I don't think it is. "First sight" can only give basic information, and most of that is simply physical attraction. By my definition, that only qualifies as "passion", not actual love.

If it's love at first sight, clearly it's a physical attraction, as it involves sight. I don't believe in it, because it seems like a pretty shallow way to say you're in love. What happens after you get to know the person's personality? If you don't like it, are you still in love with the person? Of course not.
Some people just LOOK like they're a nice person, someone whom you can fall in love with at first sight. So does this mean ugly people, people who dress like sluts, and poor people who can't afford clothes can't be in love at first sight?
Admittedly, it depends on one's personal tastes whether they fall in love 'at first sight' or not. But in the end, it's all just an intense physical attraction.
True love, however, is certainly real. It doesn't ever happen right away, but as I'm personally experiencing it, it's undeniable to me. <3
It's based more on a person than just how they look, although physical attraction can still become a part of it. To unlock my heart. <3

Shelby the Monkeygirl When I first eat some goldfish I said a cool snack. But now when i eat them it is hard to put the bag down so i rarely buy them now.  neutral And what exactly does that have to do with the topic of this thread?...That's how I roll!

I have to say, I don't believe in it. Maybe love at first meeting (although that's not as catchy...), but definitely not love at first sight. It only means lust, or shallowness. Maybe some girls believe in it... but I'd rather get to know a guy before I declare myself to be in love with him.
Of course I secretly wish I wasn't so cynically about the whole topic and could whole-heartedly throw myself into believing such a romantic cliche.

i think it depends on the person.
for more trusting, outgoing people, "love at first sight" could very well be true.
but for the other shy, not-so-quick-to-trust people, they might have to know the person a little bit before they fall for them.
i do, though, believe in true love. i think it's just a natural balance of the world, and everyone can experience it if they believe.

I believe I have found my true love but I don't believe in love at first site. It took us 6 months where we got really close and truly got to know each other, and gradually fell in love over that time 3nodding
now it's been over 3 years since we firt met and we love each more and more . 3nodding

"Love at first sight!" Is just another silly term people say. lol well at least I think so. I mean what about "I'm head over heels."? Does this mean that people love falling over all the time. xD razz
Sometimes love can be spotted when two eyes lock, but for most case senerios then I'd have to say that is's sometihng much more stronger that brings people together.
I mean, if love is a sight then I guess us guys "love" looking at the female anatomy. xD lol xP
To me what bonds people together isn't love at all. It is something else. I'm not sure what that is. lol heck I'm no guru. xD
