Kalani began to slowly walk along the snowy terrain of the Snowdrop Mountains, always being warey of the fact that he may slip at any moment. His paws were still getting used to walking. However so soon he lost his posture and began to slide down and spin in a pure frenzy. His eyes opened wide with fright, oh what a disastrous way to start the day!
Splooosh! A wave of snow suddenly splashed at another minya, coating it from head to toe in powdery white snow.
"Sorry!" Kalani said as he scrambled to his feet sheepishly.

However now the day had gotten... interesting. Snow, very cold snow she might add, doused her beautiful fur and froze her instantly. Dazzling orange eyes blinked in confusion, staring at the be-winged cub before her with his purple and tattooed designs. One of her ears fell down to the side of her head as the female shook herself, a exhasperated look on her smooth face.
"It's okay, it's just snow." Her voice was like bells, tinkling from her black muzzle as she settled herself down onto her haunches in one smooth motion, orange eyes watching the male before her carefully. "You've got wings... why not just fly?"
Yes, Glissando decided this would be a very interesting day indeed.

Kalani was a bit awed at the presence this minya had. She seemed so much more different then him other then gender and fur. She had a beautiful gem on her forehead and he had wings. She was also so graceful and cool while he was amicable and clumsy. Yet she seemed to be so lovely.
"Fly?" Kalani asked, tilting his head to the side in confusion. His ears twitched and his wings fluttered slightly. "I've never heard of that, what is it?" He was still quite naive and unknowing of many things in his youth.

Orange eyes blinked at him as if in shock. Glancing up and down the purple and white male before her, she tried to decide if maybe her eyes weren't playing a trick on her with his wings, maybe they weren't there?
However that would be illogical. She wouldn't be seeing them if they weren't there.
"Yes fly. You have two wings on your back after all." The laughter that came from her seemed to float out of her muzzle gently. Glissando had never met a more amusing person, though it was rare she met any outside of her own family, that much was true. It could be good to meet and get to know another.
Though it probably helped her a whole lot that this boy was very cute with his mannerisms. Despite.. that he'd drenched her in snow.

Kalani blinked and pondered what she said. This flying concept had something to do with his wings.. what did wings do again..? Aha! She must meant when you're body was in the air!
"Oh I get it!" Kalani said with a sheepish grin and sort of laughed at himself. She was as nice as they can come and being with her pleased him.
He seldom had spoken to many other female minya's aside from hise mother and Ede. But this one was so pretty!
Trying to impress for some reason unfathomable to Kalani, he began to slowly beat his wings. They weren't used to it but slowly the beats became stronger and it seemed that for a split second his paws left the ground.

Watching as he floated off of the ground, Glissando let a smile spread over her gentle muzzle, gliding to her eyes and settling there so that the orange in them sparkled in ways no others would be seen to do. It seemed they had their own light to them.
"That's very impressive. I've never seen anyone else manage to float that high up in the air before." Gliss said, her musical voice.
At once she stood up and walked around him her black tail whipping out behind her to draw designs in the ground. Every movement she made seemed to make her move as if she weren't a part of the world around them, but simply allowing herself to be seen by those within it. Her movements were liquidy and contained.
This male intriegued her in many ways. He seemed brighter than her brothers at least. And he was really cute.
"I'm Glissando. It's nice to meet you."

Kalani grinned sheepishly at her comment and felt himself flushing hotly with embarassment though he was very please.
"Thanks hehe." Kalani said bashfully and watched her, almost hypnotized by the sheer confidence she held within her and how fluid and smooth everything seemed. He held her in a private awe and she was attractive.
"Glissando? Nice to meet you too." He said, swishing his tail happily.

Walking back around to face him once more, she pawed at the snow and met his beautiful eyes with her own orange eyes. The smile that danced over her mouth was one of amusement as she took him in for the first time in eyes that seemed to take in the whole world and catagorize it simply.
"Do you have a name or are you merely a violet angel that fell from the sky and have no name?" Glissando let the words ring from her black muzzle, dancing through the air between them as she sat there and peered at him with her eyes in an eerie manner that seemed to make her appear a mere blot of shadow around them.
Orange orbs floating in the shadows made by a body.

Kalani cheered on the inside as she continued to make puff up his adoration for her with her way of being.
"My name's Kalani and I don't think I'm an angel, but perhaps you are." He said somewhat slyly, fluttering his wings gently.

His wings were so adorable. Every time he moved them Gliss wanted to paw at them and play with them. They would seem like so much fun to use after all.
"No, I'm hardly an angel, but it's fun to imagine myself having wings." Glissando responded, sitting on her hind legs and lifting her paws up to play at the air. She wanted to fly, even if she never would. It would be so much fun.. "I've imagined it before."
