No idea why I started writing a poem, as poetry is not my thing but;; Yea, here it is:
In the corner of the closet, A little box lies; Seemingly untouched.
I'm afraid to open it Because I know What it holds.
I know that If the little lock is undone Everything will come out.
All my fears, Worries, Secrets.
But when it is opened, I take it all in And put it all back, lid tightly shut.
And I put on another Cheerful mask Of a face.

I have done this. For a while I masked my true feelings of pain (when I was younger, I had a hard time, moved a lot, had trouble making friends, etc), and I kept them from my family. It did feel like a mask of humor, or smiles. Sorry I didn't respond sooner, I really do know how this feels! Are you doing any better at present?

Sort of a Pandora's box theme. Ish. Well, I liked it.
