Hmmm...
Microsoft Xbox 720: exactly like the 360 (and, therefore, the original Xbox), just with better graphics. Will also have eight different SKUs. The most expensive will be neon pink and white and have a 5 Infinibyte HDD. The least expensive SKU will be matte green, will have no HDD, and the slot for putting the game discs into the system will be an optional add-on for $100.
Sony Playstation 4: will support 3D display televisions in all it's games and play 3D movies, will have a controller that changes shape depending on what game you're playing, will program whole new video games for you using easy-to-use tools that allow the user to simply tell the PS4 what sort of game they'd like, will be able to beam sensory information directly into your brain making Tangocat's hentai games that much more popular, and will also purify the air in your house, as well as manipulate the friction of all matter in a certain radius, keeping your house at exactly the temperature you want all year around even without insulation. It will cost $9200.
Nintendo Dur: will come with a body suit that acts as the controller, but will have th exact same processor as the Wii. Fortunately, the really good games on it will also be compatible with every controller ever made, including the DualShock and Xbox controllers, leaving many people to wonder why they bothered with the silly body-suit controller in the first place.

Playstation 4: Red-ray discs, not many good games. Dualshock that breaks apart into two halves, and both have pointing devices on them which Sony fans will argue they "totally didn't steal from Nintendo" and that "Nintendo didn't invent pointing devices scream " Targeted toward "HXC" gamers that want 'real' games.
Xbox 1080: Will be incorporated even more with Microsoft products. Check your Xbox Live status from many products, all around the globe. Voice-to-text functions, so that you can mute the annoying people on Xbox Live, but still understand them. Targeted toward casual teenage gamers, and young men.
Nintendo ???: I really don't have a good name for this one. When you think about it, you really have no idea what will come after DS or Wii, and what it will be named. My only idea is a glove in which you put your hands, and then can play games by moving your fingers and waving your arms. Much better motion sensing than Wii, yet gamers feel odd wearing their controllers rather than holding them. You can wear two gloves that come with the system (right and left) and control games with either. Wii games even compatible with gloves, as you can just swing your arm, and assign different fingers to different buttons, and pull them in when you want to hit the button. That or you could just hold the Wiimote and nunchuk. XD General public starting to get wary, seeing how real games are becoming. Manhunt 3 is especially disturbing, as you reach out and grab a shard of glass, feeling your fingers rumble softly as you pick it up, you run up and stab a man in the head with it.

I wanna find something I've wanted all along.... Sony Playstation4: Will be the next number as usual with Sony's oh so original names rolleyes I even have to admit to that. It will be able to do your homework! And deflect bullets? Pffft, it can be a BOMB SHELTER!! It will not only cook for you, but refrigerate, clean AND increase your sex life with your husband/wife! It will beat your dog or other pet until it does what it is told. It can do so much, why would you even be living! It will be like as if it took over your life. Anyway, controllers? Pfft! Forget them, now you can use your MIND! It will tell neurons what to do and you'll feel pain and whatever you are doing in the game! The processor is so fast, it's full potential is believed won't be reached until 50 years from now! It will also do your bidding...want to take over the world? twisted You dictate what games you play! You can force game developers to make your games or you can make them with your mind! You can have one of these machines at the very low price of...*drum roll* $9999.99^9999999999999!!!!!!!!! Nintendo Wii: This console was so successful with the casual market, they saw no need to upgrade and voiced that to Nintendo. They saw the remote design as perfect, since they were so used to changing the channel and turning up the volume! Graphics and power? Pffft! They can't comprehend pixels or processing power! Let alone how to get music on their iPod! Games will continue to be made for this low-powered but innovative console, and will rule as the nations leading console, so say the All-knowing soccer moms! Forget about upgrading, the Wii is perfect for everybody! Microsoft Zuxe: As the Zune was so successful, Microsoft decided to go with a different name. Overheating? Don't worry about it, the console has been buffed up this time....it can stand super nova! It will heat up your house so much, it will burn hotter than the sun burning up our atmosphere! Forget about heaters in the winter, this baby burns hot hot hot! The PS3? Pfft! That thing had no right to be called a grill. The Zuxe is steaming hot baby! *poors water on it and watches it instantly turn to steam. There will be many different versions, so as a SMALL drawback, games won't require an HDD. But don't worry! The Zuxe has something that will make Blu-ray run with it's tail between it's legs! Z-ray! This disc has 50 yottabytes of storage! They will basically be your electronic life.
Except for Nintendo's next big thing, it'll just be your true love of having fun.
Microsoft will make this big virtual community of "live you life cyber" online through Xbox LIVE where you can basically talk to everyone of your Xbox friends through little LIVE chips inplanted into their ears and tongues. Sony will create the Playstation 4 with your next housing blue prints so that your whole entire domain is a giant Playstation that'll serve you coffee, wash your dog, and download your mp3s based off of your past interests in a computer history. That, and everything else but playing video games xd Kidding, kidding.

Also, PS3 used red-ray last generation. According to my good friend Roy G. Biv, if we need more storage space, we'll turn to Vioet-ray.

TV's, MP3 Players, Phones, Stereo systems, etc for Sony. Microsoft of course is major in the PC area. Both have a lot of resources to pull from, they won't back out of the gaming division so easily. And the Wii has done amazingly, but taking pride in the fact it has sold more than the 360 is a little much, it is far from having the majority of gamers in it's hands. The 360 and PS3 have quite a chunk of gamers. This is just the beginning and the Wii definitely hasn't taken over the market enough to put Sony and Microsoft down for the count. Now, secondly, I believe you mean the PS2 and PS1. Yes, they used red just like most before. The PS2's was more compact for the DVD support. And Blu-ray is really more Blue-violet than just Blue. So it's pretty close to violet ray. But that sort of thing would probably be even more expensive....but stopping at the end of the visible spectrum shouldn't be the goal I'm guessing. Gamma rays are hazardous, but I'm guessing since they have the most compact and fast wavelength, it would be amazingly fast for Data transfer....at least from what I've looked at from the electromagnetic radiation scale. But something like that is pretty far off I'm guessing. ....Somewhere I belong

Oh, and don't say that Nintendo won't surpass Sony just yet. It's making profits like crazy, and it does have a hand in other markets. Like Blues said, Nintendo can put a sticker of Mario on anything and it will sell. Yes, the PS2, and all of the last generation.
