Throughout my child hood I've had weight issues, I've gone up, down, up, down, up. And I'm at the point where I would like to lose weight and keep it off for good. My roommate and I are starting a diet and exercise plan next week. And I currently don't know how much I weigh, but I have a general idea. I will weigh myself once a week until I get down to my desired weight loss goal of 45 pounds. So here is my progress bar I will update weekly, and I will tell you all what I did, how much I exercised, and the amount I lost. =D

Update: Week 1 starting October 15. I finally am over my sickness, and I found out how much I actually weigh. I plan on exercising once everyday for 10 minutes or so. I will not eat after 8 p.m. or drink any more pop. I will post how much weight I have lost Every Sunday night. I'm going to see a nutritionist in a week or two. I plan on finding a hip hop dance class to join to add some more exercise in, hopefully there is one on the weekends near my home town. I hope things work out this week. =D
