 She was big, very big and just getting up and going to the stream for water was turning into a chore. She'd never been so tired in her life but with Yuki being such a sweet heart and bringing her grass when he could was helping her a bunch but she still needed to get up or she was going to lose a lot of muscle. So when she needed water or was not too tired and could go out and graze she went.
Today she was headed for the stream near by. Though it wasn't far it seemed like it was halfway across the world. It was just so hard to walk with so much weight tacked to her. She felt as though she needed a wide load sign stuck to her bum just so others would be weary of passing her in tight spaces where they could get squished together.
What seemed to take forever and took all of her energy finally payed off as she reached the stream and got herself a good gulp of refreshing water. The foals within her seemed pleased with the water as they moved about and pushed on the sides of her belly. It was such a strange feeling to feel something push on her from the inside. She wasn't sure if she would ever get used to the feeling.

 His mother finally gave him 'the talk', as much as she didn't want to but there was no point in hiding the truth now. Atum was an adult. He finally understood why the mares he had seen were fat and where he had come from...Gross! Atum didn't want to think about his mom and his dad...
The young stallion had gone for a walk, enjoying his new found freedom of his parents watchful eyes. He rounded around the lake, singing to himself before he noticed the spotted female drinking from the lake. "Bonjour madam." He called out to her as he walked towards her. It was obivous when he spoke that he did speak english though he spoke in french.

Daveigh's enjoyable and thrist quenching drink was interupted by the strange voice of another. The voice was that of a stallion but it was not a voice she knew and the stallion spoke with words she didn't quite understand. With water still trickling from her muzzle she rose her head up and turned her gaze upon the stallion. The sight of him surprised her and it wasn't his dark handsome features that surprised her it was the wings sprouting from his back.
This was the first time she had ever seen a winged Soquili. The sight left her staring rudely. Her mind just went blank. How could a Soquili have wings? When did Soquili like him appear? Many many questions went through her mind until her brain was spinning and all that she could reply was. "Hello..."

Atum canted his head curiouly at the pregnant mare. He hoped he wasn't going to angre her mate by speaking to her but...A possible friend was worth the risk. He smiled kindly to her. "Yes, hello. Wonderfully day, is it not? I hope I didn't interup you or anything, madam." He tried to get the conversation started...The starring was...Scary.

Daveigh came out of her blank stare off into what was becoming lala land the more she thought about this stallions wings. His words to her were like distant memories that she had to think hard to recall so she could respond to them properly.
"Oh um no... I was just out to get a drink." She replied before glancing around at her surroundings. She hadn't even noticed how pretty the day really was. She placed all her concentration elsewhere after all. "I wish I could say I had noticed the beautiful day before now but I hadn't... It's hard to take in your surroundings when you have to concentrate just to walk."

He chuckled to her. "My mother never did tell me about her pregnancey, though congratulations are in order. I do wish you the best of luck with your foals, I do hope one day I may share the blessing of foals though that time could still be awhile off." He bowed to her and smiled brightly.

Daveigh smiled at the stallion. He was a polite stallion and she liked that. It made her want to warm up to the stallion and even get to know him. "Thank you very much." She replied with a light flick of her tail. "Oh where have I placed my manners. My name is Daveigh."

"It is an honor to meet you lady Daveigh." The black stallion replied, bowing his head to her. "I hate to prie and if you don't want to awnser if you do not wish to but may I ask when the foals are due?"

Daveigh mimiced the stallion's gesture and bowed her head to him. His question made her a bit suspicious but he seemed like a good stallion and besides if he tried anything to harm her or her foals later then she would have Yukio with her. "They should come very soon. I fear if I get any bigger I won't even be able to walk to get a drink." She replied with a giggle as she was attempting humor.

Atum chuckled at the mares joke. "Well, I do wish you a sucessful birthing, madam Daveigh. Foals are the greatest gift a happy couple could ever be blessed with." He smiled chreefully.

Atum looked surprised for a momment. How rude of him! "Pardon my absince of manners, madame Daveigh! I am Atum, son of Sekhmet and Erik." The stallion bowed his head to the pregnant mare.

Daveigh smiled at Atum and bowed her head in return to his bow. "Atum... A handsome name you have. It fits you well." She said glancing over him taking in all details. He really was a handsome and extravigant male.
