Lets see...Day one at Boyahda Tree with every single person on melee, even the mages. Cures weren't going out as often to the PLD who had to heal himself no matter what since he kept hitting the yellow. Had a RDM53/BLM26, BLM52,WHM26, and SMN51/WHM25 as our mages and all Tarus >< RDM said she couldn't cure ><

My best and worst parties were in the Dunes. My worst party was with a whm, blkm, a monk and me the war. I knew the whm he wnt to high school with me, not a bad gamer at all. Unfortunately he was the problem. He was the leader of this party and when ever I went out to pull a gob he would follow me. Instead of getting his mp back by resting he followed me. I started getting worried for his safety when he did run out of mp and started to fight melee. I told him to stay back so the gob wouldn't Aggro him but he didn't listen the next thing you know with our healer out of mp standing and attacking the monster I am loseing life very quickly. I died. Not only that but when I got low I told everyone to Zone. Well the whm falls behind and grabs the gobs aggro takes a couple of hits then busts his butt to the zone. Seeing my friend in danger I went to help well I died but he got away by the skin of his teeth. Here is the kicker when I appear at the home point next to the zone I get harrased by the whm like no tomarrow, then I was booted from the party. Well you can imagine the choice words I had with him the next day at school.


To leave a party that is wizzing me off I simply tell them that I need to go take a $%!# and won't be back for twenty minutes bye! No one ever complains when Nature calls.

it would have to be in Korraloka Tunnel (under Bastok for those who have no idea), a 15 to 20 leveling zone, better than the dunes

We had a party called in...and there was a level 13 with a job that we didn't need who whined we couldn't take a WHM who had silence since anyone that high in level (it's 15 or 16) would "kill his xp"...and all that bull
He was level 13 and wanted to go to a 15 to 20 area! He eventually whined and disbanded, we replaced him, got our whm 16, and went without him
we also got a WAR who had to run to Bastok...while he was on his way, our pt lead got killed. We called for a raise and the raise came...but our lead HPed to Jeuno when the raise arrived and wouldn't pass lead.
So the raise raised our RNG who had died.
We fought a few more worms, no problems, then we fight another worm and the problems start. Our RNG dies again, two of our party members run for no reason, leaving the RDM (me) and the SMN hitting the nearly dead worm and calling for a raise (and all the raises going anon five seconds after we ask them and giving nasty tells if any at all). Then our lead gets the bright idea to disband in the middle of a battle. Up until then I had most of my mana and two thirds of my hp. The worm attacks me all out immediately after the disband the SMN rlh s it out of there...I don't know if they escaped, but I fell facing them so they weren't being attacked when I died and tried to get away at least.

I was pissed.
I go back to the mines and pt with the survivors and those who got raised/hped. We have a WHM, WAR, RNG, and my RDM.
We take on some worms...and I die once because of a link, I'm not mad about that, they just all linked and I took the hate -- they were it++ worms! I don't expect to live if I botch and they all link on me.
However...then our RNG gets the bright idea to shoot a bunch of worms. My RDM and the WAR melee and I cast on it. The WHM gets silenced then the WAR dies because the WHM never told us he was silenced...then the bugger crits me and I die. Then our RNG runs, comes back and offers a raise...we say sure because the WAR is HPed in Selbina.
The RNG spends 20 mins "getting back her xp" because she died earlier
then 20 mins "going to the moghouses"...we weren't far into the tunnel or anything! What took so long?
Then the RNG comes back 40 mins after leaving with WHM subbed to a level 50 melee job and complains that they can't raise because they don't have enough mana and can't wear mage equipment to boost it (duh...why sub to a melee if you're going to be raising!?), so find another person to raise...and comes with that person

The WAR was already back in Selbina...
And I finished with negative xp for the day.

Suffice it to say, I would really rather see none of these people again. Except the WAR...he just killed things well and died for no good reason.

Discrimination = party is not only bad but unworthy of life
You shouldn't have to put up with that...once my party couldn't get a voker because the only one out was Japanese and didn't like mixed pts (we had a nice Japanese Ninja in our party, we loved him...but our pt was still mostly NA/Euro).

Ok this was recent while I'm playing on my new account.

Dunes

(Who doesn't hate this damned place? Filled with newbs, noobs, assholes, and just plain dangerous; excuse my language.)

But yeah. I was a Lvl.13 THF at the time, and man were invites coming in. I got one, and accepted. The people seemed somewhat organized, professional, so I assumed they knew what they were doing; I didn't bother to check the Party Member List- 1st Mistake.

By the time I get there, someone pulls a snip. Everything's going fine, but then, where's the Provoke? OMFG there wasn't a tank. 2nd Mistake: not just disbanding and leave. I'm too nice to disband without giving a formal excuse, not just some "Ah screw you your PT sucks". Long story short, Whm dies, everyone slaughtered.

Ok by then, everything went the hell. The party leader was a SAM / WAR. he said "I can tank." Ok #1: If you could, why didn't you? #2 Sam's just aren't meant for tanking; sorry bud. Armor's too light at that level, just melee on. He had to nerve to say, "Well a Lvl.13Sam/War is better than a Lvl.13 THF with no sub. Ha ha, not when the Sam's a friggin dumbass. Anyways, what's that supposed to mean? I'm sort of newb. little does he know I've played as a TANK before, I know what makes a good tank and what doesn't at that level.

Anyways, long story short PT disbands.

Equally horrible Pt.

I'm lvl.16 now. Still in dunes. just killing bigger things. the main tank leaves, and now the secondary tank is the primary tank. Man why didn't the PT leader kick him when things just went wrong? We go into a fight w/ a pug. No voke. After half of us are half dead from aggro, and half the PT shouting "VOKE" he does one provoke. Mreh. We ended living that one... Next pull, he vokes in the beginning; OMG a miracle? Not. He doesn't voke again. -_-' An equally, or greater, annoyed PT member shouts out, "DO YOU KNOW HOW TO VOKE!?" The Tank replies, "Yes" and vokes. Damn, another yet close call.

Ok PT leader didn't kick him, but obviously the guy didn't know how to keep hate properly. I was afraid, for my life and annoyed because he wasn't voking like he should. Long story short, we ended gimping ourselves by fighitng VT/T snips IT snips, no flies, no pugs.

I joined a pt with someone dead laready, they asked me to find a Raise and I did. I asked him like 5 times where he was and finally I was told he was in the Tunnel that leads to the Yhoater area. So I take the WHM I found and lead her to the area, then when I get to where he asaid his was he said he was somewhere else! By this time the Gobs were ready to kill so I invised the WHM, needless to say I got aggrom, while runnig she Cure IIed me but she got all 3 gobs hate, so I cure IIed her back. (Being a RDM I had more health) Anyway a lvl 75 gets all three off me, I had 3HP left. The WHM says she has to go and runs off. In the time trying to get to that guy, I died 4 times, then after I found a Raise the leader kicked me. I snet him a /tell and asked him why and he sent the reply

Which was complete BS! He was talking fine 5 min ago! Needless to say I logged for the day.
