Okay Guys! Here is our game plan for the next month or so:
1. We have THREE new contests (well, one's not so new but whatever) that will be consistently run every week for the rest of eternity. Our goal is to get people to PARTICIPATE. I need ideas. We've posted updates, we've explained the prizes (which I won't make bigger until either A-people donate for bigger prizes or B-more people participate)
2. We need people to take the sorting quiz. Tell people to do it. Help me advertise. Bla bla bla you get the idea smile
3. We have very inactive forums. We need to get these up & running. The game/anime, Rpg, and prank forums could use some active people. Encourage people to use them. Post in them regularly. Help me get them active.
4. Remember MJ Loves you!!!!
5. I need other ideas to help keep members active. The weekly giveaway seems to have helped a little.
6. Once we have 100 members we're going to open up a guild charity in the QUEST forum. This will definitely make users more active. We just need to encourage other members to refer people.

So you're saying that we need to tell the regular members to refer their friends to us and we can invite them?

I'm always afraid to do things without your approval. I s'pose I'll work on it some more.

to get the prank forum active:
1. I suggest we hold more prank giveaways (the point system thing)
2. We should hold prank/joke competitions in the forum
3. And maybe have a sample thread in the main forum so we can come and post little snippets of some of the pranks we have in there.

haha yeah. When I created the guild back in the summer I intended the entire guild to be centered around that forum.... funny how things turn out gonk but I agree biggrin
