Lets begin by saying this book in very intelligent and extremely good, I loved every minute of it. The author's writing style fit in well with my preferences, I have no complaints whatsoever.
Ender's shadow is a "parallel novel" too Ender's Game. It's written in the point of view of Bean instead of Ender. Bean is this hyperinteligent 4 year old. He lived a hard life on the streets and eventually ended up in battle school, where he had to prevent an alien race called the Formics from invading earth. That's the generalized plot, and doesn't even begin to go into the depth and color of the book, because the plot is more complex, and the story is filled with detail, intelligence and more.
So read it if you haven't. It's for ages 13 and up, so you probably fall into that category. So yeah, this thread is for discussing the book by those who have already read it, and also to persuade people who haven't read the book, to read it.
A bit more about the series(s).
Like I said Ender's shadow is a parallel novel to Ender's game, which is part of a series, and so is Ender's Shadow. This should make it clear, (Thanks Wikipedia!)

I've read Ender's game, and thought it was really good, I didn't know/forgot that there were other books.

IamSTRANGE I've read Ender's game, and thought it was really good, I didn't know/forgot that there were other books. Ender's game was good, but a bit childish in my opinion, comparing it to Shadow.
