I got kinesis right off the bat, I could move a psiwheel, but I too noticed with extended sessions of practice I would get headaches. It's the same concept as tearing muscles in your body and building new ones. It puts strain on your mind because you're exherting more effort than you would with any other regular daily activities. Don't force yourself either, just "let" the energy flow, you only "make" it happen when manipulating subtractive chaos energy and that's a bit advanced.

For the third eye... well... Your subconscious will do whatever it can to do anything you want it do to, so if you focus on opening your third eye, within time your subconscious will realize what you want, but for right now it doesn't know what a third eye is, I suggest just working on meditation and sensing energies around you. The third eye doesn't exactly "see" energy, that would have too many physics involved. Your third eye detects energy and then, depending on how developed it is, interprets the energy for you. That is why it is common to hear of energy as a "language" in "Teen Psychic" by Julie Tallard Johnson she refers to your astral body/soul as your "Rainbow Body" that is because the third eye would detext a multitude of colors from interpreting a lot of the different energies within our aura. I'm guessing you won't be able to see that for a while unless you're a natural, but give it time.

And you should practice energy manipulation before moving on to kinetics. For one thing you will learn a lot by learning from other's experiences when they're not lying, for two.. someone can finally tell me how I did on the lessons, I've been waiting for criticism xd .

2: drive to improve
3: willingness
4: a brain

there's no age requirement, there are 4 year olds with potential to do psi and some kids see ghosts and stuff.

Everyone can be a bit apprehensive at first, but there is little to be afraid of once you realize some things.
first off: almost all psionic phenomena can be explained by scientific theory.
Second; there's not exactly a difference between "good" and "bad" it's all individual perception, that is why someone can go off and murder someone brutally and feel good about themselves, while other people work their arses off to get charity for cancer people.

It gets mroe and more complicated the more you get into it, but the more you get into the subject the more you'll understand, it just takes time and some research.

And if you can move water, that's moving energy right there. Everything is made of energy and atoms and particles of this and that. Scientific theories say that our mind can control our thoughts, well our thoughts are energy, thus our mind/brain can control energy, and everything is made of energy. Thus you can move water because it's made of atoms which are made of energy. Psychic energy is a different type of energy, but it's still energy.

People believe things they are afraid to believe or want to believe. You shouldn't think that you're going to hurt yourself or your fear might come alive. Plus; it normally takes complete deliberate concentrated effort to perform a spell. And a death spell is very difficult.
