Kyu is a boy with a dream. He wants to be a detective. But does he have what it takes? He's seemingly in the clouds all the time, so will he be able to join the Detective School?
He's got a secret, though... Behind his air-headed behavior, hides a mind that focuses in the most 'unimportant' details. And more often than not, said details are just what a detective needs to unmask a criminal.
His friends don't stay behind, and each's got a kind of "special power." There's the computer genius and team mascot, who can find any data they need for a case in a few minutes (thank the internet,) the musclehead who can sometimes think (and often his 'hit then ask' method solves a case,) the mysterious guy who's almost as skilled as Kyuu but amazed at the leader's skills (but not telling him that,) and the girl with photographic memory, who will always remember every detail in a room/landscape, even if she wasn't focusing in it at the time.
Their cases involve murders, supposed suicides, and some mysteries given the rank of "supernatural" when they're actually all too human-made. And guess what? You usually have to be sharp as a knife to solve the cases before the characters do.
"And it would've worked, too, if not for you meddlesome kids, and your stupid internet nerd mascot!"

I've never actually watched it but my friend recommended it to me before. The art didn't quite catch my eye, but I think I'll try it once I have some more free time. xDD
