In case you folks don't know, Nexon recently did a new patch on MapleStory, and they added a new type of Smega that allows you to shout to everyone in the world, as well as display a "Shout Bubble" in the upper right hand of your screen when you shout.
Now, on Mardia it's not a big problem (obviously), but when I play on Scania...well, it gets really friggin' anonying, especially since I get a split-second lag when someone uses one of those new smegas. Anyways, I may be the only person in this guild who doesn't enjoy 'em. Your thoughts?

yea, i personnaly hate the new smega's too.
too much lag, and i don't really care to see who it is that's saying the message...
if nexon added a feature to turn the new smega's off, that would be great

I agree, I wish there was an option to turn of the smega displays.

Thirded. Or, just, y'know, ignore any kind of Smega altogether. I mean, you can ignore just about EVERYTHING ELSE player-wise. Just ABOUT. But you can't make Smegas, both the new and the old, invisible.

i don't get much lags from them, but with the other smegas you could just ignore the chat box. or minimize it
now they grab your attention away from what your doing,
and they're just annoying! D:

I don't like them. ._. They cause lag and for the people who use them, they probably get defamed a lot.

lagged me when i was finishing a jump quest in kerning, i had to restart from the beginning

I don't like them, either. They seemed kind of cool at first but then people just started overusing them ... not cool. xD It'd be cool if you could just turn it off, but is that even possible?

new smegas are really annoying cause they lag you right when you don't want them to...
i've never actually died from them, but at times when you're almost done with a jump quest and then someone spams some useless phrase people could care less about, it lags just a bit, and you end up falling to the very bottom of the level...
they have potential, but nobody uses them seriously.
people just spam "____ is awesome pwnzor!!!" or "defame ______ he noob"
it's just a waste

OMG....That thing is okay but ever since people started using it, I've been having major lag, and I know its not my computer or internet what so ever.
