Dear Applicant,
Welcome to Crescent High, a school run completely
by the students, a place where anyone can come to
learn, make friends, fall in love, and become who-
ever they want to be. This school, resides in the city of
Luck. Some people wonder why they called it Luck,
perhaps the founders believed that it were luck that
helped them build this city.
Anyway, my name is Kazuki Aoba, the Student Council
president. I hope to see you attend our glorious school
and I also hope to see you at opening ceremonies.
Our school, if you choose to attend, offers many possi-
blities for you to experience. We have a variety of clubs
that offer knowledge and experience in many different
areas, such as: Sports, Music, Film-making, Drama,
Astrology, Martial Arts and many more. We are also
accepting any ideas for new clubs for our students to attend
as our school motto is: "Ideas are life, life is fun."
You will be joining class 1-C. I hope you make a lot of
friends with your new opportunities.

About this RP:
This Role-Play is a mechanically designed and free form.
It is an RP designed to teach users how to develop
characters (without pictures) and stories in situations in
which you cannot control.
As the creator of this RP, I will be controlling the world
and my purpose is to make your RP character have
a weird experience. (Luck). All NPCs, non player
characters including the birds, school staff,
shopping mall security, everything, can be controlled
by me. All weather changes, time frames, how long the
grass grows, will be controlled by me.
As a player in this RP, you only have to control your
character. Everything else, you can sit back and watch.
Your character will go through Crescent High, for all
three years.

Game Mechanics:
There are many mechanics in this game. Please read to make
sure you understand what they are.
News Clippings:
Basic news that is posted every day which can be
used as a conversational item. Or affect the actual RP.
Points System:
Over the course of the RP, you will be given challenges.
These challenges will give you points, these points will
basically represent your characters report card.
The more point you obtain, the more options that will
be available to your character.
The users with the highest points by the end of each
school year. (Whenever I deem necessary) Will get
prizes. (Such as: Monthly Collectibles or Gaia Cash).
Fortune System:
The fortune system is a daily posting of an index of
statistics. Every morning, unless the current RP
story specifies otherwise, will have a new fortune
posted everyday.
This fortune system will be primarily used to for
challenges.
The stats that will be covered with the fortune
system are. Money, Romance, and Personal.
Money - Refers to Challenges that gives points.
Romance - Refers to Challenges that gives items that modify
the amount of points you get for other challenges. (Multipliers).
Personal - Refers to Challenges that gives you benefits.
(Benefits are anything that helps your character along the
year. Jobs for instance.)
The stat indexes are from 1-100.
Anything lower than 50 is a negative index.
Anything higher than 50 is a positive index.
50 is neutral.
If you receive a challenge that has a negative index
and you fail it. There is a consequence for failing.
Which is the loss of the amount of points:
150 - stat.
If there is a positive index, there is no consequence,
and if you win, you receive that index as bonus points.
Which you can use modifiers to alter, and get more points.

Challenges:
Whenever I see good RPing from a player, I will post a
challenge for them. It is up to the player specified in the
challenge to accept it or not. Challenges come in three
different subjects (previously stated in the fortune system):
Money, Romance, and Personal.
For Example:
I will post: [Character Name - Challenge] in a specific
color. The player would then post: [Challenge Accepted]
in the same color. When you accent a challenge, you must
immediately stop posting till the challenge is posted.
When you receive a challenge, it becomes a turn based
system. (Players must continue to post in the challenge
color).

Challenge Example: School Trip - Personal
Due to some mix-up with the schedules, you missed the train home.
There are no more trains running tonight, but you have to get home by
tomorrow morning to write your final exams! It takes twelve hours to
run home and you don't know the directions.
During your trip home you also have to study!
You cannot:
Hitch Hike.
Take the Bus.
Take a Plane.
Take a train.
Use any Unnatural Superpowers.
You must reference:
Arcade
Food
Lack of Money
NPCs:
Your choice.
Find your way home. Use any method, or any talk to any NPC around.
Win Conditions:
Roll Dice 1d6 > 3
Land 4-6 three times.
Lose Conditions:
Land 1-3 three times.
RP ends @ 99:99:99 Gaia Time.(Some decent time limit)
How it works is that:
The player to reference all those items or subjects in the RP.
My job is to make it hard for him/her to get home by use of NPCs
or environmental hazards.
Player is only allowed to post once before letting me intervene.
The player is only allowed to reference one subject/object
per turn. The player must also roll a 6-sided dice(die).
If the player lands above 3(4-6), I post a positive response.
Else, I post negatively.
If player chooses to talk to an NPC, it is automatically my turn.
The player must end his or her post with an action.

Item System:
Items are granted to players that successfully finish
challenges. There are two types of items.
Modifiers: They are used to either modify bonus points or
Change the index rating of a fortune stat, if you're unlucky.
Modifiers can be used before or after a challenge.
And have one use only.
Benefit: Items that will allow you to do things that other
players cant. Such as: a Job Item. Is a permanent modifer
that will allow you to gain extra bonus points for every
Money challenge. Benefit items are passive.

World:
There are basic rules about the RP world, actually, just one.
If you're not in the same area. Then you cannot see or hear
the other player. Due to the large amounts of students
and the vastness of the world. There are no dorms.

Time will be run automatically for this RP.
Each day will begin at 3:00 PM GMT - 7.
School Starts at 4:00 PM GMT - 7
School Ends at 7:30 PM GMT - 7
Night time begins at 8:30 PM GMT - 7.
Each day will end at 11:30 PM GMT - 7.
Roleplaying anytime outside of the specified times is allowed.
However, you will not recieve challenges.
And you cannot say what time period it is in.
The moment it hits 4:00 PM GMT - 7. Your characters
will be reset to your house.
Crescent High:
An enormous school designed with "new" as the basis of its
creation. It has over 30 different classrooms, two eating
lounges and two gyms. There are also swimming
pools availiable.

This city was recently built and has over 10 million individuals
living in it. This city has all the latest technology and is designed
with a modern 'sleek' look.

Northland Mall
Bill's Candy Shop.
'Character Name's' House. (You all live in your own place)
There will be more places availiable as the RP progresses.
They will be indicated in the morning news clippings.

He's been in Crescent High for the past two years and is now
the student council president. Not a lot of information about him
other than the fact that he's really popular in the school. Also,

Personality: Smart, laid-back, easygoing, funny.
Appearance: He has brown hair with hazel eyes, he's has a medium
build body. He's 5'11 and always wears the non-mandatory school uniform.

Biography:
She grew up somewhat normal. When she turned five her mother left her with her dad. Five years later and she was driving him crazy and getting in fights with him. They always got on eachothers nervs and it had shown. She loved her Dad but just couldn't stand being around him.
From the age ten to 15 she never fit in. Rose was random and loved it. It meant she'd sing a random song or something along those lines. A lot of people believed she had ADD because of that. Really she doesn't. People hated her and talked behind her back. Her dad even called her emo and said she was an emotional wreck. That was when she became a 'scenster'.
Rose was kicked out of her house just before she turned sixteen. She had recieved the letter from the school and decided to try it out. Through out her whole life she's never fit in. She wouldn't be suprised if this was the same. She was always considered an emo, outcast, punk etc.
Interests:
She likes to draw and listen to music.
Club:
Drama, Film-making, Art.
Personality:
Around stangers she's shy and withdrawn. Once she gets comfortable with her surroundings that all melts away and is replaced with a somewhat outgoing girl.
Appearance:
At the age of sixteen she stands at 5'7". She has an slender yet atheletic build. Her nails are normally painted black, or have dark blue french tips. She is never seen without wearing eyeliner.
Her hair is long and pitch black with side-bangs that cover her right eye. It is either in a terra-twist of let loose flowing around her shoulders. She wears glasses. Behind those are her shocking blue eyes. They change from time to time. One day they could be a sparkly sea-blue. Another day, they could be a metallic grey. It had to be her best feature.

Grew up with his loving family of Maximilion and Julie Fight. Until... that is, they were killed in a car accidnet. He was homeless for a while, and one time, when he was crying in a card board box, he was taken in by a apartment owner. The owner, who he called Uncle Tom, always, told him not to cry. Never to cry. He is able to live without rent in Uncle Tom's apparment. It isn't really a good aparment but it doesnt suck.
Interests: Skateboarding, punk music, fighting, singing.

Personality: A cocky punk.
Appearance:
Wears a black hoody with a zipper that goes through the entire thing, instead of stooping in the middle. He has black hair that goes over his left eye and stops near the bottom of the ear. Near the end of the hair is a little red hair. He has blue eyes,is 5'10'' and has medium body. He wears black jeans with a chain that goes from his pocket to the waist of the jeans. He wars Black army boots. Alternitvly, he wears A black T, with a red star in the middle of the back.

Personality: Outgoing, but can be a little rash and hot headed
Appearance:6'0" and about 150 pounds. He has a slender, muscular body. He wears black Gothic like jeans, a black jacket he usually zips up halfway and a Cross necklace. He also wears a black glove on his left hand that exposes his fingers and knuckles and a pair of sunglasses.

Club: Music, dance
Personality: sometimes sweet and friendly sometimes sarcastic and angry.
Appearance: Alli is five foot four, and she has midnight black hair, which is shoulder length. She has green hazel eyes, with a ring of brown around the pupils. She has olive skin, and a spot on her left palm. She has an average body, and often wears green and blue clothes.

The top anime of the week is called: Super Mech Wars.
There have been a few accidents early this morning,
during the morning rush, there was a four car pile-up
in front of the Arcade.
School starts today as children groan at the fact they
must face another year of school. We happened to meet
Kazuki Aoba, the teenage head of Crescent High, on his way
to prepare for the opening ceremonies. We interviewed him:
"Are you excited for this new year of school?"
"Of course."
"How do you feel being the head of a student run school?"
"Well, I don't know, more or less the same, except for
the responsibilities given to me."
"Do you think this will be a great year?"
"Of course."
Afterwards he smiled and walked off.
A new hit artist, Yumi, has released her hit single.
She will be at the Northland mall today for autographs.

[Gym A - Morning Before Classes]
Kazuki had awakened early this morning to prepare for the
opening ceremonies. He had lots of work to do, however,
he was stopped in the morning by some news reporters.
After enduring some meaningless questions, he headed
directly to Gym A, where the opening ceremonies were.
"Eh... let's see. Sound. Check. Mics. Check.
Speech. Check."
He had to be sure everything was prepared, his hard-
working attitude forced him to. He'd been in the Student
Council for three years now, and it was finally his turn
to be the head of the school.
