 Our guild thrives on creativity, but as any writer knows, Creative Juices don't flow all the time. That's one of the reason's why I'm enlisting for your help in improving and maintaining this guild! Our member's happiness is what keeps a guild going. So your ideas and suggestions are very much valued. If you have an idea or suggestion, post it in great detail, by using the form found below. [b]A brief Synopsis of your suggestion (inlcude storyline, if applicable):[/b] basically, i was just thinking it would be simpler if the subforums were more in order. i am a captain of a guild, and i know how hard it is to move forums, ect., but it would help me out a lot in terms of navigation.
i.e. you could have tom riddle era (being the earliest) at the top, and have it continue in terms of time (marauder, harry potter, and next generation come after), and then have the miscillaneous ones next: death eater, book rp, own rp, fanart, fanfiction, and so on.

This is not a major suggestion, but it would be helpful if the time period was written on all the subforums, the ones where it would apply. Instead of just having The Marauder's Era, would it be possible to have some general years after that?
I know it would help me plenty. biggrin

There's no form for this type of suggestion so I'll just not use one.
The set colors and style that you want us to use when roleplaying, while I realize you're probably just trying to keep things organized and unconfusing, I think we shouldn't have a specific setting we have to follow. I suggest that we should be allowed to choose what color we each want to use on our own. It's like wearing clothes that express yourself, not someone else. Personally I don't want to use a set color if everyone else is going to be using it. If a thread is busy, then you might have trouble following who is who, and what is what. I know I tend to look for the color I know the person I'm trying to respond to is using.
As for the whole, thoughts versus actions versus speech, it's confusing to just be using color rather than quotes and italics and just plain letters. After finding the color (which makes the post pretty), someone's not going to be following the coloring as much as they are the words and it can be confusing when you have to go back and figure out whether it was black or dark blue that was used when it could just be quoted or italicised.

~Kai. I do realize now that this is not convenient for role playing. When I started this guild, I was a rookie. Now I know better. I ask that you continue on for now with the colors, and you'll see a major change in our guild by Nov 15th, which will no longer require this. One of our big changes is going to be in literacy. One or two line posts won't be permitted anymore, I'll be looking for at least two well formed paragraphs. There are some big changes coming about (Mods, we'll be talking about this shortly in the crew forum. Keep checking for a new thread). It'll make the guild more user friendly and hopefully more active.

I would like to be in control of a Myrtle era. When she was alive. I guess that would be considered the Tom Riddle era also.... I will co-control that era if some one wants to do half Tom half Myrtle with me. ^_^
